Fits in relatively small enclosures
Has been working strong in a vented enclosure for a PTmP system powering cameras. Have about 3 of these installed with no issues. Size/Power ratio is nice!

I really like this form factor!
The time had come to replace my 20+ year old APC UPSs. They’ve all been through multiple battery replacements and still functioned wonderfully. However, one of them recently died in horrific fashion and I began to think that they’ve served me well, I should just retire them and replace.I purchased two of these Tripp Lite units. One for some of my lightweight communications equipment – cable modem, mesh wifi node, and Ooma base station. The other I’m going to install in my bedroom for the TV, Roku box, and Tivo Box. Again, all lightweight equipment. I primarily need the UPS for the surge protection and to give me enough time to go outside and fire up the portable generator if it looks like it will be a lengthy outage. If the battery runs out, so be it – this is not critical equipment that always needs to be powered.I plugged both in, and let them charge overnight. I installed the first one, connected the devices, pulled the power cord from the outlet, and everything kept going without missing a beat. Couldn’t ask for more at this point.

This is a great small UPS that fits in DeskPI’s RackMate T0 and T1 10 inch rack mounts.Just lay it flat in the bottom before adding any shelves or mounting any 10 inch wide gear.PRO’s:+ It’s a UPS that fits in DeskPi RackMate T0 and T1 racks+ UPS power switch and resettable circuit breaker are still accessible on the rearCONS:- Fits only four outlets on the back (but hey, see above!)OTHER:* I would buy again

Easy setup, works well, battery & surge on all outlets
This item was easy to setup and install and is working perfectly with no issues on my new computer and monitor. It replaced a previous UPS by a different manufacturer that lasted 8 1/2 years (way beyond its warranty period and battery lifespan). The new one has greater power capacity than the previous unit, and all of its outlets provide battery and surge protection whereas the previous unit only supported both services on a couple of its outlets. The new unit uses a sealed lead-acid battery just like the old one. I had hoped to get a lithium ferrous phosphate unit as those have much longer battery life spans, but the prices for them were higher than I was willing to pay.

Expensive for what it is but it works well for my use
Expensive for what it is. This is a smaller unit and it cost almost as much as some of the beefier APC batteries on sale. BUT I needed something I could easily mount on the wall and support a single small 8 port POE switch. It is light and I think it should support that switch for 5 hrs. or more. The first unit came in and the reset button was crushed and fell back into the UPS. 2nd one has something small rattling around. I am sure it is a small piece of plastic. But it work fine.It only supports 3 plugins so if you need to support a couple of smaller items during brownouts, this is a good choice, but like I said, I bought an APC 950va for $124 on sale. But much heavier to mount on a wall. All 3 ports are surge and battery. Nothing that is just surge.

It is perfect.
I have been looking for a small UPS that I could use to connect some smart devices to. Unfortunately, most UPSes are either too big, or if they are small enough, they don’t have a replaceable battery. When I saw this one, would what drew me to it, is first of all it’s small form, factor, and secondly, that despite of a small size, it still has a user replaceable battery. Also, I already own five other UPS’s in the same brand, and they have all proven to be reliable. I cannot speak to the life of the battery, although I expect that it will be at least two years, and as to the reliability of the device, all I have to go on is the companies reputation and my own past experience, but if it holds up, it should last me for a good long time. So far, I am very happy with this device.

Works as expected
Fit my structured wiring closet to power my fiber modem and router.I haven’t had a prolonged outage, but it has kept my network running for brief power flickers.

One of few UPS’s that let you disable beep without software
There are 3 things I LOVE about this unit:1) It is one of the few UPS units that let you permanently disable the power-loss “Beep” sound. Most UPS let you do this, but first you have to download their software, connect the UPS via a cable to a Windows-only machine, then turn off the beep-on-power-loss function through the software. With this unit, you just hold down the Power button for 10 seconds and you’ll never hear a constant beep during power outages.2) It lets you mount to a VESA mount. So instead of being on the floor or a desk, you can mount it to the back of a TV or monitor or wall stand. The bolts for this come with the unit.3) The slim profile and light weight means wall-mount it if you don’t want some heavy toe-breaker of unit taking up space on the floor.
