Starter ring
It is a great starter ring, charging case is nice. Addition of the band covers was nice as well. Battery life wasn’t what I expected. A charge lasts 3 days max. I am not sure how accurate health metrics are, but it is nice to have them. Activity is not accurate, which I honestly expected. It does give you an idea though. To me, sleep is extremely inaccurate. If I wake up in the middle of the night and get back to sleep, it says that my sleep was 0 hours. Sometimes it is more than I slept and sometimes it is less than my actual. I am still wearing the ring, but am researching other rings.

If you’re able to pre-order some sort of a sizing tool because I felt this ran very small.
The sizing was difficult, but other than that, this was really a great ring. The one I bought was too small, but I decided to keep it and give it to my daughter. She loves it too.

App is easy to use and tracks things fairly accurately. I wore it with my Samsung watch to see how the tracking compared for a few days. Ultimately I wanted the ring over the watch because it’s much smaller and more comfortable to me. The only thing that was slightly off was the step count, which was a slightly lower count than my watch. I love the sleep tracking as a new mom to see how much sleep I’m *really* getting. Charges pretty fast and lasts like 4-5 days per charge. The color is more on the rose gold side but it is sleek and looks really nice on.
