Amazing
This monitor is the best I’ve ever had ! The image quality and color accuracy are superb better than any other screen. It has a very short response time and its size is perfect for my gaming needs. Comes with two cables HDMI and Display Port so its compatible with any PC or laptop.

Perfect monitor for work & gaming
High refresh rate allows discrete GPUs to utilize their potential as well as sad work laptops trying to squeeze 75hz refresh rates out of their integrated chips.Great flexibility and a better than good daily driver.

Beautiful 2k monitor
Beautiful monitor, easy to put together and get set up. I do wish the stand had more adjustment but not enough to knock a star off

Crazy good value for an entry level gaming monitor
Samsung has released a dizzying array of gaming monitors in recent memory, and by a bit of luck through the Vine review program, I’ve been sent three different ones to review. As I write this review, I have the 27″ Odyssey OLED G5 G50SF, the 27″ Odyssey G5 G53F and the 27″ Odyssey G7 G70F, along with a 28″ Odyssey G7 G70B I’d reviewed a few years ago. Confused yet? Me too. You’d expect all of these to be the same except for the panel, but that’s.. well, it’s not true at all. Each of the four has a completely different stand and case design, different bezels, and a different personality. Shopping for a gaming monitor is quite the challenge these days! This particular monitor is the G53F, a budget-friendly entry level gaming monitor with 1440p resolution. Somehow, despite the low price point, it manages to pack in an IPS panel, a 200Hz refresh rate and 300 cd/m2 of brightness. Testing this alongside the twice-as-expensive OLED G50SF was honestly surprising: the G53F looked better. Part of that is because the G50SF is an underperformer, but I don’t want to sell this one short: it’s bright, responsive, crisp and clear. If you don’t need a 4k resolution, this is one of the best values I’ve seen – this is a responsive gaming monitor that doesn’t really cost much more than an essential-series business monitor. There’s one quirk: The monitor ships with a dynamic contrast feature by default turned on that’s hideously terrible. I thought that it was defective because the monitor was flashing so much as I used my computer! Finding and disabling that feature made the screen more uniform and the crazy artifacts went away, and I strongly suggest you too disable it as soon as you receive your monitor. (Neither of the other monitors I tested had this issue.)This monitor also appears to only support AMD Freesync and not nVidia G-Sync, so keep that in mind if it matters to you. (I didn’t test nVidia G-Sync, I’m just going off of the spec sheets, so it may work and just not be advertised.)Finally, a shared paragraph about setup and on screen functionality as all three of these monitors are identical in that department: Samsung’s packaging is great, with easy installation of the stand and well-packed cables and documentation. The onscreen menu for these is straightforward and simple, accessed by a multi-directional pad; they’ve dropped the intrusive smart TV functionality that’s on my G70B, and frankly, good riddance – it’s constantly shoving ads and updates in my face and makes it annoying to get to your computer’s content, while the classic menu system on this monitor makes it easy.
