This ice pack wrap is surprisingly comfortable and easy to put on. The material is soft, the gel distributes evenly, and the thumb hole/hand coverage design keeps it in place without needing to adjust it constantly. It’s great for quick relief after overworking my hand and wrist, and the XL size gives plenty of coverage.My only gripe is that it doesn’t stay cold as long as I’d like. It works well for short sessions of relief, but you may need to refreeze it sooner than expected.Overall, it’s convenient, well-made, and very comfortable to wear, just better suited for shorter cold therapy intervals.

I live in a long hot summer gulf coastal area. Purchased XL sleeve to cover a smaller ice sleeve for longer colder temperatures. With doubled sleeves, currently, I’m receiving 15 minutes of cold temperatures for post surgery therapy.

Amazing if you have wrist issues

Helps more than any other product I’ve tried
I’ve tried lots of products for wrist pain and swelling over the years due to playing too many games that have a high KPS (keys per second) requirement, a good example are rhythm or strategy games but even working data entry or other computer jobs it’s a problem you’re going to run into especially if you do both. Nothing has really helped braces would bend, creams would irritate and make inflammation worse. Home made ice packs seemed to work the best but were messy when they melted. But then there is this, it works amazing because it’s not designed to be stationary, it’s not designed for constant use only 10 to 15 minutes at a time and it fits even my large wrists and forearms. So far it has held up for around a month of use easily so it has good durability and it isn’t leaking. I’ve been refrigerating it so it does take awhile to get cold considering it only stays cold for 15 or 20 minutes but it stays soft and flexible, and it’s long enough to help with most issues. I’m probably going to pick up a second one for convenience.

Covers a lot of surface area on the hands and wrist
I recently had something done on my hand, and this ice pack really helped with giving some nice relief when it felt sore. I really like how much surface area this covers and how flexible it is over the hand. It’s really nice quality and great to have a reusable one like this on hand.
