Great for icing a broken arm!
This was awesome for my daughter’s recent broken arm. It needed to be iced 3 times daily for 20 min. This allowed me to keep her arm in a comfortable position without it getting all wet from ice bags and condensation. It also had the flexibility to tighten around the arm. This seems durable and high quality. Highly recommend!

I like this unit, so far
This is my second ice machine. The first one, different brand, no longer circulated water well after being stored for several months. This model is working well and I prefer the circulation pad and method of attaching it to my leg over the other. It leaks a little when you disconnect and connect the pad, so just keep a towel under the hoses. It keeps the water, with 3 frozen water bottles, cold most of the night. It also cost $100. less than the one I bought last year.

Cool the knees
Easy to use, with programmable timer. Set it and forget it. This is great for my knee pain and inflammation. Will be great for future surgery, if needed. Great product!

difficult to disassemble
Produce worked very good after knee surgery but cannot figure out how to disassemble the tubing from the box. I did not put it together and the instructions do not give any information. That is the reason for the 4 rating.

Ice therapy machine
I should have went with a larger unit. While this does help with pain an swelling the pad is just to small. It is very quite but hard to keep ice. My husband says I’m wearing him out with as much ice as we are having to use . The water gets warm rather quickly.

This machine leaks — a lot. Not Good. Checked all connections. Do not purchase. I returned it and got another type for my keen replacement surgery recovery. It worked for 2 days then started to leak. I know pumps and leaks as I spent 25 years in the pump industry. This is a sub-par product

The motor is small. Broke within a week. Damned expensive to break so quickly. Useless. Very upset.Was desperate so purchased a $20 aquarium pump and pulled the dead one out. Seems to be working but I do wonder what i paid $250 for if the parts add up to $50.
