Highly Recommend!
Pants are good quality and well made. Material is soft and comfortable, no scratchiness. Velco pant legs made my post-op care easier and safer. My leg immobilizer fit under the pant leg easily with room to spare. I have 2 pair and they have held up to multiple washings and low tumble dry. Velcro is good quality. Fit is true to size. They are definitely worth getting. I highly recommend these pants.

Perfect Solution for Comfort and Convenience!
As someone who uses a wheelchair and requires ongoing wound care on my leg, I cannot express how much I appreciate these adaptive pants. Best pants ever, following total knee replacement
Best pants ever, following total knee replacement-they come in petite! AMAZING!! And the legs ACTUALLY fit over the large bulky knee brace!Maybe not the MOST flattering look, however, extremely practical for those not wanting to wear shorts, skirts, capris, etc. I’ve worn them to the surgeons office, and had many compliments from patients waiting to be seen.I was the big hit at the hospital because all the staff wanted to come in and see them, then recommend them to other patients. I am 5 foot three, 136 pounds, And purchased them in medium and then large. They both seem to fit well. I did not understand one person‘s comment about only a 9 inch opening. These pants can be totally opened from Waste to ankle on both legs when PT comes for a visit, I just undo the Velcro from the ankle to above the knee so they can examine the surgical site-it’s perfect!! I have washed and tumble dry them multiple times with no shrinkage and no problems whatsoever. I will follow the person suggestion, though to in the future wash them in a laundry bag and dry them that way as well as Velcro can be harmful to other materials. This is the best purchase I have made in a long time and the funny thing is I didn’t find this until the 11th hour, just in time I may be ordering a fourth, fifth and sixth pair just to wear around the house. Thank you for making these in the petite length size.

Very helpful but they do shrink
Wearing a walking boot makes it hard to get clothes easily on and off. These pants made all the difference. Very easy very fast. And very comfortable. I love that there are Pockets that was very helpful the only complaint and reason for not five stars was because after I washed them one time they shrunk significantly from the bottom. I am 5 ft 8 in tall and I had a medium and a large and both were very long to the tops of my shoes. After one wash the medium are now at my ankles. The large are still at the bottom of my ankle kind of to the top of my foot. They still shrunk but they were longer to begin with so they are still wearable without looking like I’m preparing for a flood. And the waist size on the large was perfectly fine compared to the medium they were not too big at all. So I would suggest getting a size up if you’re taller just for length alone

Wide leg with Velcro closing
These pants have Velcro on both sides. They worked well for me after surgery. Nothing fit because of high bandage on top of that a hugh brace. The legs were wide enough to accommodate all that. Great for Dr appointments oh this was after knee surgery

Pros and cons
It’s the perfect gift for anyone recovering from knee or hip replacement surgery. They fit true to size, and the material is thick and warm. The only downside is that they’re a bit heavier due to the amount of Velcro, but overall they’re comfortable and well-made.

Soft comfortable pant for after knee replacement surgery
I bought these for my knee replacement surgery and they have been so handy! Not only do they work well for my doctors visits but the physical therapist appreciates when I wear them too. The fabric is very soft and even for a little short girl like me, the fit is perfect. I have washed them 3 times already and they look like new. I highly recommend them for any kind of hip, knee, leg injury or surgery.

Purchased for my daughter’s knee surgery. These pants were fantastic, made it easy to access the surgical site. The pants were easy to put on as even the waste band had Velcro’s. My only wish was I had purchased more than one pair for her.

The velcro tear away was positioned down the center front of the pants whereas the first pair I ordered, it was located down the side of the pant. Front velcro position is uncomfortable as it presses on the knee and shins when resting the lower leg where the cast is. Much prefer the side tear away positioning. Pants fit true to size.
