Great PAIN relief !
Awesome, awesome, and awesome pain relief! These fit with the gel that cools located in all the right spots. The material is as smooth as silk and does not hurt putting them on. At first they almost seemed too cold, but worth it for the relief. I can still write and use my fingers and hands with them on. I am going to research if this company makes products for other areas, I want them all. The quality is worth every penny. I can not rave enough about every aspect of these. I bought the small/medium and it was a perfect fit for my medium size hands with long fingers. It might be slightly big for tiny hands. The thumb was covered very well with coolness, wrapping it completely. The only thing I noticed that might be a con to some is where their two pieces meet are not seamless. The seam may cause some discomfort along the side of your palm that rest on most things. So far it has been cool enough that I was not able to notice, but my pain is mostly in the center of the palm, top of hand, and the wrist. Those are covered completely. I would recommend it for those that like cold for inflammationand pain relief. I have even wore them not cooled in the freezer for the support and mild coolness the gel still gives off. They came in a pair not just a single like most of them I looked at. The slip on with no velcro or snaps.

Soft, comfy, and soothing pain relief!
These ice pack mitts are exactly what I was looking for to give me temporary relief from tendinitis in my wrist and carpal tunnel syndrome. I store them in the freezer, and then place them in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before wearing them because if I put them on straight from the freezer, the mitts are so cold it’s almost too painful to bear from the cold sensation. However, allowing them to warm up just slightly in the fridge first is perfect! The mitts are very soft and comfortable. I have small sized hands and these hug my wrists with just a little breathing room, which is fine. I can’t say anything about the heating functionality because I’ve only used these as an ice pack. The cold sensation lasts about 10 minutes and then it stays cool for another 10 minutes or so. I suppose if you put them on straight from the freezer the cold sensation will last longer. Overall I’m very happy with these and they have helped me handle the pain of tendinitis.

Love it, wish it was smaller.
Love this, took one star off for fit. I measured my wrist it measured 6 inches and I got the S/M, this definitely runs big. It helps at night when I’m sleeping to ice my arthritic hand/thumb, which is what I got it for. Really just wish it was smaller or could adjust it to fit better. It’s very comfortable and easy to use. I find it effective for what I needed it for.

Very pleased with the Artic thumb/wrist sleeve. Easy to get on & off. Initially very cold especially around the thumb, sometimes have to remove or put thumb w/ rest of hand for a minute. The cold lasts for about 10-15 minutes but have the 2nd sleeve in the freezer ready for additional 10-15mins if needed. So another reason like this product it comes w/ 2 sleeves. Comfortable, provides some support, no metal brace which I didn’t want. Mostly use for the cold but did try it heated 20 secs in the microwave just be careful it gets hot. Would buy again.

Gets Ice Cold…. only lasts for 20 minutes
Got this to ice my pinky and side of my hand. Works great and gets super cold when placed in the freezer. Actually gets a little too cold when placed against skin… but works great. The only drawback with any of these items is it only stays cold for maybe 15 or 20 minutes

Perfect for gymnasts wrist pain!
We bought these to replace some other ice packs for my gymnast daughter’s wrists. These were exactly what we hoped for and much better than what we expected. Other ice packs were too bulky, needed to be tied on to stay on, and needed a barrier between the ice and the skin. We measured my daughter’s hand and wrist with a cloth measuring tape and ordered the right size. Literally fit like a glove, they slid right on and stayed in place. These get cold enough to sooth and reduce pain and swelling, but do not get uncomfortably cold. The fabric is smooth and soft against the skin. So much easier and more effective than other ice packs we have tried. I’d definitely recommend these.
