Good Vibrations! You Should Try This!
This “Myovolt Wrap” is easy to charge, install and start using it right away. It consists of a wrap that should fit around your waist, a battery/vibrating device, a USB cord, instruction leaflet, and a very nice sack in which to put it all. You charge it up before you use it and then it’s ready to go based on the color of the battery indicator. The battery fits into a little sleeve in the wrap with four little vibrating bump areas that peek out. It’s easy to access the charge plug. There’s only one button in the bump that is uniquely square, which is easy to find tactily. It controls on and off: you hold it down for three seconds for on or off; with one-second presses, you can reach each of the three vibration sequences. The booklet tells you what type of muscle (myo) help each provides. A session runs for 10 minutes and then shuts off. It’s easy to restart. You just press the button again and set the state.I have arthritis in my hips and so I’m looking forward to using it around my waist to stimulate my lower back, glutes and hip muscles seeking some relaxation. After a couple of 10 minute sessions, I could feel these areas heating up, as if I were wearing a heating pad. I often sit around too much and these muscles get stiff, so increasing blood flow gets me going again. The three pulses are very interesting and I’m going to have to figure out which one works the best. For such a small battery pack it really has a very strong pulse. By the way, I’m very large in the middle, probably 47 inch hips and the belt fits right at the last 3 inches of Velcro around my hips. Still if you are larger, you could find some Velcro to extend it.Also, lately my right hand has been bothering me from knitting and sleeping on it funny, so I took the wrap and put it around my arm. Afterwards my whole arm felt more relaxed and looser down to my fingers. I’m planning on lending this to my son, who actually has had some lower back issues, as I’m thinking this might be something he should try also. The belt seems well-made and sturdy, and the battery pack is removable if you need to clean the wrap. The charge lasted for 6 ten-minute sessions. The device is very easy to use and it’s great that it’s on a USB. You can just throw it all into the bag and take it with you wherever you go. My spouse, who is quite cynical about expensive, fancy devices related to exercise, says he’s interested in testing it out. I am amazed. He does yoga, hiking and some running. We’re both getting older and it’s getting harder to stay limber and maintain flexibility. So yes, I’d recommend trying this pulsating machine.

Great vibration back therapy
I have never used a vibration back therapy before and this is my first time trying this kind of therapy. First thing to mention is that the module that is used for vibration and neoprene wrap are packed separately. Which means the module needs to be inserted into the wrap. I struggled a bit with that since I was afraid that I could rip the wrap. The company should include the module in the wrap and ship it instead of the customers doing it. Once the module is in place the whole usage of therapy is top notch. It came charged and I was able to use it on my back right after unpacking. The module had three different modes which is activated/changed just by pressing a button. I used all 3 modes at different times and I felt relaxed. The module can be recharged with an USBC cable. It came with an instructional booklet with clear instructions on how to use the wrap and the module. It is easy to use and quite comfortable for muscle therapy. The Velcro is very strong and is bound tightly to the wrap during the therapy session.Overall a good vibration compression and functionality is provided, but feels a little overpriced for the product, but recommend it if it is available on a good deal.

Not the best…
While this is a comfortable belt to wear, the massage/vibration function just does not work well. Yes, it wobbles and vibrates, but it is not as therapeutic as other types of belts. It is easy to wear, use and care for, but the electro vibration function is less than helpful and just makes this a nice belt to wear while walking around the house.

Ahhh back pack relief
I got this for my husband that has back pain when he comes home from work.He was so excited to try this. It fit him well. I charge the battery before he gets home so that it is ready for him. He puts in the battery, turns it on and sets his vibration level to what he needs it to be. He does wish that there was another option that had a stronger vibration, but he is happy with how well it does help his pain. He usually does 3-4 10 min sessions, depending on the pain at the time. The battery lasts through it all.He says the belt is comfortable to wear, and the bumps on the back do not make it uncomfortable when sitting back.He says that it does help to relax the muscles and relive the pain. It is not a cure, it is just to relax and relive.I like that there is a bag that it goes in so that it is easy to store and be where it is easy to find, but out of the way.it is a nice wrap that does help to relive pain.

The design needs work
I was really excited about this because I wanted to have a massaging belt that I could put on while I did other activities or while I was just sitting down watching TV. Unfortunately this has a couple of design flaws and it didn’t live up to my expectations.First off, the power button is on the back side of the device, so if you sit down and bump it against your chair, then it changes settings or turns itself off. So you can only use this while you’re standing. And if you were considering using this for recovery after working out I think the prime time to use it is when you’re driving home, so that will not work. You can only use it while you’re standing.Secondly the rubber that is used to make the four prong massaging device is very stiff. So no matter how tight you put the belt on, all of the pads do not make contact with your back. Only the two center, top and bottom, pads make any meaningful percussive therapy. So of course you think the remedy would be to lean against something or sit on something so all the pads would make contact, but then you’ve gone back to the problem that I mentioned before. That it will turn itself off.So it was a good idea it just needs a little more refining to be what I was hoping for.
