Easy to Use and Great Color Options!
I’m very happy with the ILC BR30 Smart Flood Light Bulbs. They connected quickly to my Alexa device without any issues, and I can easily control them by voice or through the app. The color-changing feature is fun and useful, especially for creating different moods in the room.I also like that I can adjust the brightness and switch between warm and cool tones (2700K to 6000K), which is perfect for different times of the day. The bulbs are bright but energy-efficient, and the 6-pack is a great value for setting up multiple rooms.Overall, these smart bulbs work as advertised and are a great addition to my smart home.

Make one the hub in the app!
These have made my life so much easier! My kids were leaving the kitchen lights on which are recessed lighting and it glares off of my television and it was driving me insane. I got these to use our alexa to turn off the lights. It has worked wonderfully, got a switch lock to keep the switch on and voila! As another reviewer stated, you do have to go into the app and make one bulb The hub bulb, and then all the other bulbs will connect. After doing this. You can then use find devices on alexa and it will show them and you can then group them in the alexa app. i have 6 of them working like a charm in a group on my alexa called “kitchen lights” So now when one of the kids leaves the light on, I don’t have to get up and walk across the house to switch them off again. I just ask alexa to turn the kitchen lights off.

These do work with Alexa, but with limitations
I had five of these on a circuit for about five weeks and it’s rare that Alexa could control them all properly for more than a day or two. After that, Alexa would start telling me that one or more of them is unresponsive, and it would seem to blame a Hangzhou Broadlink Technology server in China. So I’d remove the lights from Alexa, use the BRMesh to reconnect/reactivate them, Alexa would control them fine for a day or two, and then they would start to become unresponsive, again.I think I went through this so many times that at a certain point my echo dot stopped talking to the Hangzhou servers or the Hangzhou servers refused to talk to my echo dot.I only got the echo dots and the Hangzhou servers to speak to each other again by actually deregistering my echo dots from my account and reregistering them.I was able to get all five to work using the virtual hub but the instructions on how to set that up within the app are not at all clear. Near as I can tell, the way to get the virtual hub to work is to add all the lights you want to the virtual hub AND THEN as the last step, designate a single light as the hub controller. Then when you go to activate it with Alexa, activate only that single light, and ask Alexa to find devices. When the virtual hub is working, Alexa controls the one light and that one light duplicates what it has been told across to the other lights in the hub. So your n lights become one. But it does work and it has worked now for me for about a week. That’s why I say it works, but with limitations. The app also offers scenes, which seem to be named configurations of lights and their temperature and power settings. Those work fine within the app, but unfortunately Alexa can’t see the scenes (unlike with my other IOT devices)All said, when things are working the lights work and I do like their range of brightness and their range of temperatures of white. If you’re okay with just using the BRMesh app, the lights are quite nice. If you’re looking for Alexa integration, be prepared for a bit of frustration.

    Cool cost effective update
These were overall easy to connect using my Alexa, easy peasy install. The only down side is the color selection. The only options are defaulted, Maybe 15 colors. I was hoping to adjust our basement to scarlet and grey, but no grey option.Outside of that, and easy coop update with out the crazy expensive cost.

Good Product which they stand behind their product and greatest warranty service EVER
Bought these 11 months ago and they have been great. 2 out of the 6 of them started to flicker occasionally. I reached out to the seller, explained the issue, provided my amazon receipt number and they sent me a new 6 pack replacement. One of the easiest warranty replacement I have ever had in my life. Great job ILC Tech Department

must have if you have Alexa
Makes life with a baby much easier considering I can dim all of my lights in my living room with just a quick phrase. Installation was the same as any other lightbulb. It did take a second to get it paired, but that’s to be expected with a smart light and they’re gonna stick around for a while cause they do feel a little bit stronger than your average light.

    Bright, Efficient, and Long-Lasting!
These LED bulbs are a great upgrade from traditional bulbs. They turn on instantly, give off a bright, natural light, and use way less energy. I’ve had them installed for months with no issues—no flickering, no overheating. Great value for the price!

Great white lights. Color is disappointing.
Overall happy with them. However, any colors used at over 30% brightness cause flickering. It is more prominent the higher brightness you go. At 100% they look like strobe lights. For white light color variations, they so not do that. This is only any color option or scene selected.
