The installation guide is provided at the very beginning of the user manual, including instructions on how to install the app. You can also scan the Quick Start QR label on the product package for step-by-step setup video guidance.

What is the exact size of the water mattress topper? Can I put a comforter on top of it?

The topper measures 40″ x 76″ (Twin) and 57″ x 76″ (Queen). Since it is thin and transfers heat through circulating water, placing a thick mattress or comforter on top may reduce its effectiveness.

Should I use purified water? How often should I change the water?

We recommend using 350mL of distilled or purified water. For optimal performance, please change the water at least once a month using the included drain kit.

How much noise does the controller make during operation?

The controller uses Peltier cooling and heating, so you may notice a faint operating sound. However, it is engineered for sleep, operating quietly under 48dB to ensure restful, undisturbed nights. Noise level control has been updated to the app.

Can I set different temperatures on each side of the bed?

The Feelsleep water mattress topper supports one temperature per controller. If you wish to have different temperatures on each side, you’ll need two controllers. In that case, we recommend using two Twin sizes.
