I absolutely love this neck and shoulder heating pad! It’s incredibly comfortable and fits perfectly around my shoulders, providing soothing warmth exactly where I need it. Updated*The company reached out to me and went above and beyond for my satisfaction. Gemma was so sweet and replaced both heating pads for me.This heating pad worked amazing and then a few months later it stopped heating in the middle. I purchased 1 and then another one for my mother because we were so impressed with all the functions and they both stopped heating in the middle within 2 months. Very disappointing because I am now outside the return window.

Best heating pad I’ve ever used
Let me start by saying that I usually don’t use heating pads because they’re always either too cool or too hot, but I just got this today for a shoulder injury and, after a few hours, had to come leave a review. This heating pad has many levels to get the proper temperature, which I absolutely love. The fact that it’s big enough to cover my whole back and shoulders at the same time, as well as the ability to be worn in different ways is an absolute miracle. I really do love this thing… and so does my dog. She’s older and has hip problems and this seems to have soothed the pain she’s been in for the last week because of the crazy weather. She laid down on me, gave me a startled look, then immediately snuggled in and went to sleep. I tried to get her to skoot, but to no avail. I think she now loves this pad more than me. That’s the only downside I’ve found with this heating pad.

I love the weighted shoulders
My old heating pad, which was only 2yrs old started having electrical issues. While looking for a new one I came across this one, finally admitting that I needed one to cover my shoulder and back.This took a bit longer on shipping but seems worth it. It’s a good size, and I’m not petite, about 5’9″. It’s really soft and long enough to go from my neck to low back. There’s a collar bit at the neck that is also heated. The flaps that go over the shoulder are weighted, which was a nice surprise and not something I found easily, they do have a strange smell at first, so not sure what the beads are made of, but it goes away quickly. The snaps in front keep it on and keeps the collar against the back of your neck. It’s not tight at all and I hate things around my neck, like turtleneck sweaters/shirts or scarves. The heat distribution is pretty good with the heat coils running throughout. The remote is easy to operate,only six levels of heatNow for the negatives: Although the heat distribution is good, it doesn’t heat up as quickly as I’d like. I also seem to need it on a higher level when compared to my old one. The remote only allows the turning on/off and level of heat. It has an auto shut off that you can’t bypass so only stays on 2-3 hrs.Despite the minor problems I’ve encountered, I still find this to be a good heating pad.

I bought this March of 22 and it’s still going strong 3 years later. I don’t know what the standard amount of use for a heating pad is but I feel like mine is used far above average. I have a neck/shoulder issue and need this daily when I’m having a pain flare up. We had a nasty winter and I’ve used it to warm the bed and my sore hands or cold feet. I’ve shared it with my grandmother who loved it because you can snap the neck together so you can still function and move your hands and arms without it falling off. It’s comfortable and while you can’t be walking all over with it on, it’s got a long enough cord you can move a bit more than some of the heating pads I’ve had in the past.It can get pretty hot on 5 or 6 however I have never burned myself on this one but I have been with my previous heating pad.

Breaks in a few weeks and lasts no more than 4 months. I’ve bought this 6 times. 5 of those times the item was as advertised.Originally, this seller sold an oversized heating pad, that was wonderful when it worked, so it got hundreds of great reviews.After my 5th heating pad broke, I ordered a 6th one. My orders show I was Re-ordering the exact item.When the 6th heating pad arrived, it was 1/3 the size of the 5 orders.The heat is fantastic when it works – for the 5 heating pads I bought that broke.Completely relieves pain when it works.Soft and cuddly.The heat is so good that kept buying it a even though though it’s trash within a few weeks or months. Will not buy again.I bought a similar looking extra large red heating pad from another seller, to replace my 5th heating pad I bought from this seller. The new red heating pad is lukewarm and it doesn’t relieve pain so I returned it and reordered this heating pad again. Disappointed.
