Perfect Condition & Great for Kids Too!
I ordered the Fitbit Luxe Fitness and Wellness Tracker (Renewed) for my 11-year-old daughter, and it’s been fantastic. It arrived quickly and honestly looks brand new—no scratches, no scuffs, and even came with a brand-new wristband.Setup was easy, and it started tracking right away. The heart rate monitor, sleep tracking, and stress management features are accurate and easy to check in the app. My daughter loves how slim and stylish it is compared to bulkier trackers, and it fits her wrist comfortably without looking oversized. If you’re on the fence about the renewed version, don’t be. Ours came in perfect condition, works flawlessly, and is a great option for kids and adults alike. Excellent value for the money!

Luxe
I really like the Luxe. Slim on my wrist so it is not bulky with long sleeves.

Do not waste your money.
Fitbit is not what it once was. Previously I had an Alta HR. It worked perfectly for more than 7 years. The Luxe I’ve had nothing but problems and they started at just a year. The battery runs down incredibly quickly and must be charged every other day. The display will just go dark and not work even though it has 63% battery left and this happens daily. I’ll put it on the charger and it’ll show 63% battery and then a few minutes later that changes to 33% or less. What a waste of money. This will be my last Fitbit and I’ll be canceling my Fitbit Premium as well.

Now keeps time & holds charge
So far so good. The battery on my old Fitbit Inspire HR wouldn’t hold a charge. This band is even thinner (I hate huge watches and bands as I’m small), and the brightness is fine. I miss some of what I was used to (swiping from main clock face to a screen with digital time) but overall it’s an improvement. And for under $10 I got a second year of warranty.

Luxe Fitbit
It works wonderfully I love it I had a charge 6 and went to this given the slimmer design + feel to it I love it. The only downside is the notifications where I don’t get the right away and through the Fitbit app they aren’t showing up all of them only Clock and FaceTime and that’s about it, but on the notifications, I receive like messaging calendar. Seem to be working just fine.

Works great
I was a little reluctant to buy a refurbished product but this Luxe works way better than a brand new Luxe I bought last year.

Not accurate
My previous Luxe, purchased 2 years ago, had stopped charging, so I bought this “renewed” one. I like Luxe because it’s slim and has a low profile, but I can still see the time. Well, I found out why this one was returned, or whatever–it’s not at all accurate for distance. When walking with my husband and using the “Start Exercise” option on the app, it falls significantly behind. Usually I am slightly ahead, because I am shorter and take more steps for the same distance than he does–usually .02 or .03 per mile. However, now I am 2/10 of a mile behind him–on a 3+ mile walk this morning it recorded me as only walking 2.5 miles. It makes me wonder how accurate it is on the other metrics–steps and sleep time, etc. So I guess this is the last time I buy a renewed one. I paid almost $100 for it, so I really feel like I didn’t get my money’s worth. Not recommended.Edit March 5, 2025. This unit is no longer charging, so it is going into the trash as soon as it runs out of power, which is probably in less than 24 hours. Not getting a refurbished one again.
