This refurbished Fitbit is like new. It is exactly what I was looking for! Smaller band than my previous thicker Fitbit charge. It works perfectly. Sleek black look is also much nicer than my previous Fitbit. Very happy with this product!

Know what you want from Fitness tracker.
I had the Fitbit 4 before this one when it broke I was lost. I track my water and my sleep. So I went to Amazon and found this Fitbit was the most reasonably priced. It’s great it’s much thinner that the Fitbit 4 which is great.

No communication about technical issues
The first day of wearing it is worked as it should as far as getting my notifications. Then for about 10 days nothing. It’s working now but it would have been nice if fit bit would send an email telling people what’s going on instead I had to go on line to find out I wasn’t the only one having that same problem and they were working on the issue.

not good quality
I know it’s refurbished but some refurbished are still good. This was a replacement from my first purchased last month, the screen broke/froze right away after 2 weeks of use so i called and they replaced it right away, unfortunately the new replacement just 2 weeks ago i think broke again. The straps were cheap and breaks easily. Just wanted a different size of a smart watch and wanted to give it a rest using iwatch so i bought and tried fitbit again. I guess this wasn’t a smart idea lolz
