May I please add a sixth star?!! While I don’t own a smart watch, I do refurbish a lot of used quartz watches. I love the look, but not always the feel, of mesh watch bands, so even though the description for this ‘Koazon Mesh Metal 14mm Watchband Compatible with Garmin Lily 2/Lily 2 Acitve’ stressed that this band is only compatible with these two watches, I wanted to try it out. I’m so glad I did! As I’d hoped, while among the Garmin family those may be the only two watches it will fit, it is superior to any other mesh watch bands I’ve tried on quartz watches. It fits any watch that requires a 14mm straight-pin band. If only it came in a wider range of sizes and colors!The mesh on this band is thinner than most, as my photos hopefully show. It lays much flatter against my skin, and is weightless enough that I soon forget I’m wearing it. While many mesh bands, even more expensive ones, only bend into more of a circular cuff style, this one perfectly follows the shape of my wrist on the side that attaches flat to the pin, and only raises slightly on the other side. Even there, it’s only the outer portion of the bit that loops around the pin (also shown in a photo.) Most mesh bands consist of two parts that clasp together. They are most always available only in a length assured to fit a man’s wrist, leaving the band wearable, but not ideal, for a woman with small wrists. This band is targeted for women, but fits any wrist from 5.5″-8.46″ when paired with the Garmin Lily 2/Lily2 Active. When pairing with a different watch, take any difference in the size of the watch case into consideration. (The watch in my photos is approximately the same size as the Garmin.)The magnetic clasp is nowhere near as bulky as a traditional clasp for a metal band. Nor is it even possible for it to pinch. If your wrist swells on a hot day, or from too much typing, nudge it 1/16th inch or so looser. If you want to wear the watch more like a bangle bracelet, nudge it 1/2 inch or so looser. The size is entirely up to the wearer, with no hassle of clasping and unclasping, and no worry of pinching. While it is possible that the magnet might be pushed out of place by a swinging purse strap or other object, the watch would still be unlikely to fall off. The clasp is made in such a way that completely opening it takes a slight effort. It’s easier to simply loosen it and slide it off. Still, the magnet end can be threaded out at the pinned end in order to completely open the band to remove it, or just to store it flat.The metal retains a bit of magnetism anywhere the magnet has touched it, and will have a slight wrinkled appearance. Just run pinched fingers lightly down both sides, and the wrinkles will go away. An example of a wrinkle is visible in the photo of the clasped band. It’s harder to completely remove that last wrinkle.As you can tell, I highly recommend this band. I hope they decide to expand their widths and add some brighter metallics, at least traditional gold and silver, for other watches.

Sophisticated and sleek watch band
This is a really pretty metal watchband for my Garmin Lily 2 smart watch. It’s pretty easy to change out the band. It comes with little metal pins that slide into the clasps and poke into the holes on the watch face. I chose the starlight color which matches my watch face very nicely. The band is all one piece which means it is adjustable depending on the size of your wrist. There is a strong magnet on the end to hold it in place. I have worn this for a few days and nights and it hasn’t loosened up or come off. Once it is on and the magnet is set, it is pretty smooth and is not bulky at all. I recommend it.

Elegant rose gold magnetic watch band
Rose gold band that suits Garmin watch. I love the color , it feels classic and elegant. Easy to wear. It came with pins to attach to the watch. The magnetic band is cool.

Nice band, but does kink
Nice band and comes with an extra connecting pin. Magnet is strong and shouldn’t come off too easily.However, it does seem the mesh kinks a little. With a little stretching and movement it adjusts again, but not sure if this will cause long term damage to the band. I gave it 4 stars this reason alone.
