MECHANICAL BE QUIET! SILENT GAMING SWITCHES – With factory-lubrication | Each keystroke on the Light Mount keyboard is snappy and precise, yet whisper-quiet. Our silent tactile black switches are pre-lubricated to reduce friction and noise. We even went the extra mile to lubricate the stabilizers that sit under every large key like Space and Enter, which can often make an unpleasant rattling noise if not treated properly. Fans of customization will appreciate that each switch is hot-swappable with other 5-pin MX style switches.
RULE OF 3 – Triple-layered dampening | A total of 3 sound-absorbing layers ensure that Light Mount lives up to the name of “be quiet!” and each gaming session is running smoothly without annoying typing noise. One layer of foam is between the switches and the PCB, another is under the PCB and a third fills the bottom housing. Any potential echoing noises are immediately muted.
STRIKING LIGHTING – Per-key glow effect | Light Mount’s customization options are maximized with per-key ARGB lighting. Highlight important keys or create stunning effects. The translucent legends of the double-shot keycaps shine brilliantly thanks to an arched diffuser in each switch. The top edge of the keyboard also glows in your favorite colors, while ARGB LED strips on the sides provide a subtle underglow effect. This keyboard goes well with any RGB gaming PC.
3D MEDIA WHEEL – And mechanical macro keys | Take control of your music and videos with a programmable aluminum 3D Media Wheel. By default, it controls the volume, and you can press it to mute and unmute. A total of 5 mechanical macro keys can be programmed to control the rest of your media or set to game-specific actions.
LAST KEYBOARD STANDING – Durable and ergonomic | Light Mount comes with a black brushed aluminum plate for a sleek style and increased durability. PBT double-shot injection keycaps are the choice of champions due to their resistance to wear and tear. Not only is this keyboard built to last, it stays comfortable to use even after many hours of gaming, thanks to its ergonomic prowess. The folding feet support 3 angles and the magnetic cushioned Palm Rest snaps onto the keyboard for a more natural hand position. If you take your Light Mount on the road, the 2m USB-A-to-C cable can be easily detached from the keyboard.
TAKE FULL CONTROL – With the IO Center | With the be quiet! IO Center, you can take full control over your Light Mount keyboard and other be quiet! devices like mice. It enables you to configure elaborate per-key lighting effects, remap keys and set up macros in different profiles. The software is using very little system resources while active, and a web-based application is also available.

Amazing keyboard
Very silent keyboard. Love the fact that it came with accessories to switch out the key caps and keys when they get worn out. This will allow you to use the keyboard much, much longer, as you can replace any damaged or broken keys with new ones. The feature that i thought was a gimmick, the programmable LCD buttons, is actually really cool if you launch stuff a lot. i use it every time on my computer, and it has the added cool benefit of allowing you to add custom logos or images on those keys so you can easily identify what you are launching. It’s a little louder than this ultra-cheap Logitech keyboard i have for work, but significantly quieter than most any other mechanical keyboard. i saw reviews complaining about how the LED effects get stuff. i have not experienced this since i installed their software, so it’s their problem.

If you enjoy silence in a keyboard, you can’t go wrong with the Light Mount
Was looking for a new mechanical keyboard to swap out of my Corsair K100 for work. Bought a different one, won’t name the brand but great product it was just a 94% size and I couldn’t adjust. Thought I would try this one. So far after a week or so, I really like it. Key caps have a slight textured feel to the which is nice. Key fore is about on par with the Corsair, where this is a stand out is it’s name. be quiet! is an understatement, it is silent, or darn close. Like you can’t hear it over normal conversation volume levels. Quality feel, with a metal top and ABS, I think, bottom. It has essentially no deck flex at all. Only ding for me, is I can not seem to get the web software to work. I can’t install anything on my work laptop, and I Can’t get the IO Center to load, though that could be from work network restrictions, it just won’t load and times out. That said I COULD get the Keychron VIA system to work. If you want a quality silent mechanical keyboard, it’s hard to go wrong at this price, which was cheaper than the K100 I had.

Nearly perfect.
As promised a incredibly quiet keyboard. I went with the linear but because the lack of sound I’m thinking I might have enjoyed the tactile more for feedback. What could be improved for the next version is the space bar, it does have noticeably more noise as does the numpad keys. Also the magnetic risers are cool but you lose all grip on a surface when you use them which makes your keyboard shift slowly, that is solved by just not using them but it is an odd small annoyance for those of us that like a bit more angle. Haven’t customized keys yet so I’ll update when I get to that.

Nice keyboard. Unknown issues in software and support can’t help. Makes it not worth the purchase.
Bought for my office because of the ability to have a full keyboard and move the numbers pad around. Biggest issue is the keyboard worked for the illumination for about 30 minutes and then stopped. It is stuck on the static pink light and nothing I do changes that. I unplugged it for the night (roughly 12 hours) and when plugged back up it showed a different color for the keys for about 2 minutes, then went back to the static pink color. If I cared for the pink color (doesn’t really go with my setup) this probably wouldn’t an issue. But for almost $300 this device should work as it is intended. Plus, and this is the BIGGEST killer for me, every time I download the software to run the keyboard….it tells me that I’m missing a bunch of items to make the software work. So overall….it IS a nice keyboard. The keys are quiet, which Iove. The typing speed is good and reactive. But the value is not there seeing as I cannot use the full functions and the support has no clue why this keyboard is doing (or not doing) what it’s doing. I had purchased one and couldn’t get it to do anything, returned it…this review is based on the second keyboard which I will now be returning…

Very customizable, very quiet, easy to use software.
This is hands down the best keyboard I’ve ever used. I feel like it was made for me personally lol, like I know this isn’t gonna be everyone’s cup of tea. It’s so quiet, I mean whoa… unbelievably silent while typing. I love that myself. But it also feels so premium to me, I’ve used SEVERAL keyboards at this point. I’ve had corsair, steelseries, razer, roccat, hyperX and multiple of each brand, constantly searching for that perfect fit. And for me, this keyboard is it. The small LCD screen and customizable key’s are just a bonus. Not to mention the software that you use with the keyboard is so user friendly and easy to navigate. I’m an extremely happy camper with this purchase.

I was looking for a keyboard like this for 2 years ! Its super silent and the tactile switch are great, not to bumpy it feels a little like a membrane keyboard but aith less resistance, that wbat a tactile switch is but it is very nice, not to light so you don’t accidentally press the wrong button, it is hot swappable, has macro and a sound dial, the keyboard is made of metal ! What more can you ask, i have it now for only one month so i cant say if it is durable byt for the rest its perfect, the rgb are sweet and easy to setup. I got the light mount

No complaints with this keyboard, it’s premium quality through and through. The switches are excellent: not loud or clicky, but they offer satisfying haptic feedback. The LCD macro/shortcut keys are a fantastic addition for quick customizations. It’s a bit pricey, but the build and features make it totally worth the investment.

Very impressed so far. Quiet for sure. Also love the customization of the mini stream deck like buttons.Only a few things I wish were improved – better customization of the Media controller and softer click when using the stream deck like buttons.

Attachable numpad works well. Screen looks nice. Key switches are very soft (super low force to press) but feel good/stable. Keycaps are terrible — their edges actually felt sharp to my fingers. A few good lighting effects but cheaper keyboards have way more. Knob only ever works as volume, doesn’t work as menu navigation within the screen. Forced to use button presses exclusively in the menu, seems a bit outdated. Software is okay, but I’m having trouble mapping a key to be the context menu button in Windows. I think it worked once but I can’t get it work again, although other key mappings work. Lighting around the edges looks nice, especially with the rainbow drop effect. I switched the keycaps out immediately, and this is the first time I’ve ever bothered switching keycaps on any of my 10 or so mechanical keyboards. This keyboard is good, for $200. You are entirely paying the premium to reach $350 plus tax if you absolutely must have the either-side numpad. I guess the display shortcut buttons are okay but you can get them elsewhere. And the big screen looks nice but doesn’t add as much function as it could if more time were spent on the firmware development. You must use the software to enable the always-on screen (eg. clock), otherwise it times out after 30 sec and there’s no way to enable it on the keyboard.Yes, the numpad can be attached to either side, obviously the big selling point of this keyboard. And the display can also be attached to either side of the top. Definitely a unique product and has a luxury/unique feel to its design. It does look cool on my desk. And having the flexibility to move the numpad to either side without buying different keyboards is very cool so you can see what works best for you. Covers are provided so the keyboard doesn’t have weird sides even if the numpad is completely removed. Nice magnetic attachments, easy to remove. Box is also luxurious and stores everything well. Hand rest seems nice and soft.
