It’s normal for wireless charging to warm up slightly, especially during intensive use, such as long gaming or streaming sessions. However, it complies with international safety standards, ensuring safe usage.
Is the power bank compatible with Android phones, and can a phone case affect charging?
This power bank is designed for iPhone that support magnetic wireless charging, from iPhone 12 onwards, except for the iPhone SE 3. Phone cases thicker than 2.5 mm or those that are non-magnetic may reduce charging efficiency and are not recommended.
Why doesn’t my phone achieve 15W wireless charging power, and why is the charging circle not displayed?
Ensure your iPhone 12 runs iOS 17.4 or later, and iPhone 13 or later has iOS 17.2 for optimal charging and display; this power bank is not Android-compatible. If the USB-C port is charging a device, wireless charging output will be reduced to 5W.
Why does charging stop at 80%?
Your iPhone may automatically stop charging at 80% to protect its battery from overheating, as part of iOS 17’s thermal management strategy. Charging will resume once the device cools down. Moving it to a cooler spot can help speed up this process.
Why is my power bank providing fewer charges than expected?

Anker power pack charges my iPhone fast
This is a strong power bank. It charges my iPhone much faster than older style wireless power banks. The display on the side is very useful to see how much power is left. It has a pretty strong magnet and holds onto my phone just fine, and the kickstand is also very useful. Seems like very good quality. It is a bit heavy and a bit chunky, but that’s to be expected with a 10,000 mA power pack.

Title: The Only Power Bank I Use Now! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I’ve tried so many MagSafe power banks, but this one from Anker is by far the best. I use my iPhone 14 Pro all day—between work, social media, and traveling, I drain my battery pretty fast. I needed something reliable, and this power bank has been perfect.Right out of the box, I could tell it was well-made. It feels solid but not too heavy, and it attaches to my phone securely without slipping. Some MagSafe chargers I’ve tried in the past felt weak, but this one locks on tight. The size is a little thicker than some smaller power banks, but for the amount of charge it holds, I don’t mind at all. I’d rather have extra power than a slimmer design that dies too quickly.The charging speed is what really impressed me. It charges my phone noticeably faster than other wireless power banks I’ve used, and I can get about two full charges before it needs to be plugged in again. I also love that it has a small display showing the exact battery percentage. No more guessing how much charge is left!One feature I didn’t think I would care about but now use all the time is the foldable stand. Stylish design, works well
This is a compact USB charger, supports both MagSafe and cable connection. It’s a stylish design, available in different colors. The display showing estimated charging time is a nice feature. I haven’t tested it thoroughly, but I’ve noticed that the time estimate fluctuates a lot while charging is in progress. I bought it on sale during Prime Big Deal Days, and it looks like the sale price is still in effect. It’s a good deal.

Great wireless charger.
This is a great charger overall. The 10,000 mAh capacity is perfect for charging an iPhone 15 Pro Max (or smaller models) to 100%. I will note that it takes a while, which is understandable since wireless charging isn’t as efficient. Around 3 to 4 hours to 0% to 100%. Using the included cable works really well and charged my iPhone 15 Pro Max quickly about 1 hour 30 mins.However, the LCD screen is a disappointment. While the percentage indicator is accurate, the estimated charging time is completely inaccurate. I ran multiple tests, and it was never correct—it was off by hours. Since the advertised feature doesn’t work as promised, I’ll be returning this unit.That said, if the inaccurate time display doesn’t bother you, this is still an excellent charger. It delivers some of the best wireless charging performance you can get.

Great portable charger, magnet could be stronger, wish the charging display was more accurate and customizable. The kickstand should also be more stiff and have better resistance and customizable adjustments. Charges well, and functions properly, however quite expensive. The kickstand should also be more fitted into the portable in my opinion.

Hasta ahora todo bien, en cuanto a su carga inalambrica magsafe me a dejado sorprendido ya que lo he probado tanto con mi iPhone como con mi Samsung y la verdad es que tiene una buena velocidad de carga y no se calientan casi los celulares, en cuanto a su carga por cable es mucho mas rapida pero me preocupa un poco que de esta manera si se calienta mucho mas los celulares en los que lo he probado…Su adherencia es muy buena, no hay que preocuparse porque se te vaya a caer del celular, la batería de la powerbank carga muy rápido y adicional te permite cargar el celular mientras se carga la batería de la propia powerbank, sus materiales se ven de muy buena calidad y se siente pesada al tacto lo cual es algo que me gusta.La recomiendo, solo falta mirar que tal se comporta al pasar el tiempo

The kickstand also fits nicely between my fingers, making it comfortable to hold my phone while charging.The power bank features a nice display that shows both the percentage of the power bank and the charging time, which is very convenient. If I had to split a hair for a dislike, it would be that it gets warm—not hot, just noticeably warm. It’s not uncomfortable and might actually be nice in the winter.Overall, this power bank is a top-notch accessory that combines functionality, convenience, and performance.

Amazing product. Basically doubles up the battery life of my iPhone 15 Pro Max. The magnet is really powerful on a “grippy” case but less so on a clear plastic one where it can slide a bit but still very functional. I love the little stand you can use as well as it allows for multi use of the product. The preview screen of the % left is also a great feature. The finish is really good as well and is not really prone to scratches.
