The more you know the better these are!
Ask yourself how much you know about smart devices and then read this post. So if you understand how these and other devices connect and work with other hubs or Home automation software like Home Assistant, well then these little devices work very nicely w/very little setup. If you want to use these guys with one of the big companies that offer cloud services such as Alexa, then again these guys will work nicely as long as you have a hub. Just take into account the ways these guys communicate with what ever your wanting to get into, Remember they wont just work if you buy these and think your phone is going to be able to connect directly to them and work (yes that would be nice) but they are designed for the other ways of connection. If you understand this simple concept you will enjoy your purchase a lot more.

Trash … will not connect to the app
Will not connect to their app. I finally got it connected directly to my smartthings hub, but they only work within a few feet of the hub. Go into the next room and they no longer connect. These are garbage

Easy to pair with Zigbee hub, but EXTREMELY poor range
I got this to integrate with my homeassistant setup. My HA server has a Sonoff Zigbee Dongle/Gateway and I was able to pair these switches with it in seconds. The plug went into pairing mode as soon as I plugged it in, and was discovered by HA. The energy measurements seem to be accurate enough (didn’t do too much testing to be sure), and it has two decimal places precision.Problem is its range. Of all the zigbee devices I have, this has to be the one with the least range. Even some my battery-powered sensors have better range. It is spotty just outside the room where I have my HA PC (and dongle) and it just wouldn’t connect from a room away.One of the main reasons why I got these zigbee plug (instead of a wifi one) was to improve my zigbee network – this is not going to help with it AT ALL. I went ahead and bought Third Reality plugs, and that works like a charm. It has range many rooms away and even from my basement. It is almost 50% more expensive, but for me it was worth it.

Great smart plug, but requires a hub
This ZigBee smart plug is reliable and packed with useful features like energy monitoring, remote control, and scheduling. It works seamlessly with Alexa, Google Home, and SmartThings, making automation easy. The compact design is a plus, too! The only downside is that it requires a separate hub, which adds to the setup cost. Otherwise, it’s a solid choice for smart home integration!

This is a great plug, so far. I have 4 and have had no problems with them. They integrate fully with Home Assistant using Z2MQTT or ZHA.

Affordable and easy to setup.
These are affordable and work very well with home assistant. Watts used and voltage tracking works well also. I can confirm they do 10Amps without issue.

Connected these to Home Assistant with ZHA. And they do read power. However, they kept shutting off when the appliance ran, making it useless for my use case.
