Great charger! Light and convenient to charge anywhere, my teen takes it to school to charge his phone and Chromebook! I love that he won’t get stuck with a dead phone anymore! It’s roughly the same size as a phone but carries a charge for quite a while which you can easily see with the digital display.

Not satisfied, not all functions work
I’ve just gotten to the point of needing to use the USB-input output as an output. It does not function as an output, my phone says I’m connected to a high power device that needs external power. And no charging happens. I think it is too late to return it now.

Awesome product. Different from others because it has a built in plug. The advantage is that one does not need to look for a wire to connect to the product to charge it.

Quebec went through a minor ice storm recently but still over a million homes lost power. I figured it would be good to have a power bank for emergencies only. I will not use it often enough to rate charging power or battery life. The built in wire for iPhone charging is very handy and the available charge display is quite informative as well. The recommended fast charger adapter has specs difficult to find on Amazon but the manufacturer told me that my iPhone fast charger will work just fine. (perfect). After a few uses, I can say that it recharges two different models of iPhones very fast and with lots of charge left over.As of December 2024, this charger still works fast. Just have to find where the wife misplaced it now.

Bought in August. Won’t recharge anymore. Have had great luck with the smaller versions (1000)before. But this bigger size (2000) is obviously not the same.

I have tried this on an iphone7+, Samsung S22, S9, S7 and S7+ tablet – all with cases and the connectors just don’t fit to charge the item. I have to use a regular USB A to C/lightening/micro usb and connect to the one port on the bottom. It charges well this way – fast even. However, I can’t test charging of more than one device since there is only one port on the bottom and the other connectors don’t work with cases. The first three photos are all Otterbox cases and you can see where parts of the connectors hit the case and just doesn’t allow connection. The 4th photo is the tablet with a generic case/with pop up stand and hand strap. You can also see where it just hits the case. The last is a connection with an S22 with a different case and you can see that this works.So before buying this, you need to consider the case that you have on your phone to see if it is compatible. I will be buying a different one in the near future as this one just doesn’t work well for me – just one with straight connectors that will fit the opening.

This portable charger was great for the first 3 months. After that it would only charge by a usb-c cable, not the AC outlet connection. Eventually it stopped working altogether.
