Shipping was crazy fast. Packing was the best I’ve ever seen for a TV. Sony really makes sure your TV isn’t damaged in shipping. Setup was beautifully simple, and once it was setup, I was, and still am, blown away by the color, brightness, and clarity. The picture quality is incredible on this TV! The factory speakers alone actually create surprisingly rich bass and great vocal clarity. Uses the acoustics of your room to produce unexpectedly effective surround sound. Extremely happy with my purchase. I’m struggling to think of a single negative thing to say about it. Five stars. Would absolutely buy again.

Amazon told me I didn’t order this from them but from a company other than them? Huh? Are we gaslighting now?! Went through two different delivery services and they did not have two men deliver and unpack. They just dropped it off. Amazon said there is free unpacking. Did not receive that so that was a lie. The other two companies even on the receipt said to men one showed up and didn’t unpack anything. I also called them in advance to be sure two men were going to do that and at least unpack it out of the box. They said yes that’s what the order called for. That’s not what I received. Amazon needs to also that these delivery people and quit passing the buck each one of them passed the buck to the other one. Unreal!More than that I am not at all impressed with this TV! The definition is just not there. The remote lags and is thereby unresponsive and does not allow you to select certain things when you are in a certain mode even though they have one touches for them. Very quirky and assembly and their motive self has buttons that are so shallow you’re really not confident when you press on something and always have to double check.Seems to me that they have one set for certain suppliers and the worst ones for Amazon.

A great low-high end tv. Great color, and motion smoothing so good it’s almost creepy. Compatible with PS5, WiFi 6E, and plenty of HDMI ports.

I ordered this TV after both my 77” OLEDs failed — my LG lasted only 3 years, and my Samsung barely made it 3 months. I’m done with OLED technology; it just doesn’t hold up.I decided to switch to this 75” Sony Mini LED, and I’m glad I did. I’ve owned Sony TVs before and they’ve always been reliable. The picture quality took a bit of adjustment at first — OLED and LED are very different. OLED definitely has the edge in pure picture quality, but this Mini LED still looks very good once properly tuned.After 6 days of use and some tweaking to the picture and sound settings for my room, I’m really happy with it. For more than half the price of an OLED, it delivers solid performance. The bonus of 5 free movie credits and 100 free movies on the Sony Core app is a nice extra.Great TV, fast delivery, and excellent packaging. I’m satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it.
