Great for desktop charging cable management
I hate cords but I want to have the charging cables within arms reach which means theyre either cluttered on the desk or worse, fall down behind it. Now they are held securely in place and still within arms reach. The magnets are strong and the base is heavy and has a grippy enough bottom that it doesnt slide on my desk. You have to pick it up in order to move it. Worth mentioning that only some of my cables were magnetic. It does come with magnets you can attach to non-magnetic cables but i dont like how that looked so I ended up ordering cables from smartish as well. Theyre great quality and work as intended. My complaint is the price seems a little high but over all im pleased with how it looks and functions.

Finally, My Cords Aren’t in Witness Protection

If you’ve been debating, buy this!
Really great item. It’s a simple thing, but so worth it. It’s a bit pricey, yes, and I debated for a long time, but I got it. It’s nice and weighty; it’s not going anywhere, nor are your cables. The days of crawling behind your desk or couch or bed are over! Worked great on my desk, but now in my living room. I’m so pleased with it that I’m getting the bigger size, too.

Good Idea, Works Well
This works well for the location I want to use it in. When I saw it, I thought it looked like a good idea, better than putting cords through rubber slots on a rubber holder. So this one is pretty good. There is room for two cords on this smaller sized one. I have one iPhone cord with a lightning plug and one with a USB-C plug. Both of these plugs needed the magnetic collar attachment and they wouldn’t attach without it. My only real complaint is that given the extremely high price of this item, they should have provided at least 3 of the magnetic collars, maybe even 4. Hopefully the collars won’t get lost or come loose down the road. The holder base is heavy enough to stay put without sliding around, so overall I’m happy with it.

Well made, elegant and takes up little space
I purchased my first Smartish Magnetic Cord Holder on 12/5/2019 and it is still going strong! When my husband mentioned wanting something similar for his nightstand last week I ordered another. They are still very well made and keep cords handy!If you use the little magnetic cord wraps and find the magnet popping out (and staying stuck to the holder) I have a trick. Put the magnet back into the silicone wrap, place a piece of paper medical tape over the magnet & silicone post, attach the holder to your cord, and carefully trim any paper tape that sticks out. The paper medical tape molds to the shape of the magnet holder & this trick has held the magnets in place for nearly 6 years. Cheers!

Does exactly what it says and its nice they include clips which you can use if your cable has extra plastic or doesn’t stick to the base. Handy and now I dont need to pick up my cable from the floor anymore Yay!
