The ring tracks the sleeping, heartbeat, anxiety, and the blood oxygen. It will blick the red/green light when you’re measuring your health data from the app. The app is easy to download and use. I would wish it has more types of health data to track but not sure if it’s possible as a smart ring. Overall it’s pretty cool experience.
