Which operators does this 4G security camera support?
The EIOTCLUB SIM card can support T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon. It will automatically connect to the strongest signal when used.
If the traffic is used up within the days you purchased, you need to recharge.
Can this 4G LTE camera be used with wifi?
It is not available for WiFi, but only for 3g/4g LTE connections.
What if my camera can’t connect to the network?
(1) Please check the flow balance of your SIM card. After you recharge the quota, you need to restart the device.
(2) Please check your balance of the data.
(3) Please note the camera is only supported for use in the United States.
Why can’t my camera connect to the device?
This may be due to a weak 4G signal or the trial data plan has expired. Please check your network coverage. If the cellular data plan trial has ended, a subscription must be made in the Ubox App to continue service.
How to solve the format prompt when inserting the memory card?
If you plug it into the camera and turn it on and it prompts that you need to format it, just click format. If there is no prompt, just use it normally.

Great camera great price
This camera has a great picture. I haven’t connected the solar to it yet and the charge lasts for a week or more! I had alot of questions because it’s my first security camera. The customer service is outstanding! Deer helped me alot through texting in the app, and the response is fast. I also called in and you get a rep on the phone with hardly any wait time. I’m very satisfied with the quality of this camera. You can’t go wrong with the price of it!I have it outside near my fence line on wifi, not close to the house or router and it works great! Planning on buying a couple more!

This Solar Powered Wireless Security Camera is great and works very well. You receive notification whenever anyone, or any critters, or anything enters the area. Helps to keep tabs on what’s going on outside. You can send away any unwanted visitors (like sales or marketing reps), you can be ready for expected company, you can see deliveries of mail and packages and you can watch the deer and other critters that come thru at night.Vision is good no matter the weather and you can watch for any issues that may arise due to high winds or any severe weather conditions. The camera viewing area is quite large and you can easily move camera up, down, right and left to view additional area. The Night vision is fantastic. No problems viewing any activity in the dark. Quality of video and live feed is perfect. Solar battery power is excellent and you get a long lead cable to the solar panel making installment setup very easy.Love the fact it is solar powered. Such a savings on electric cost. Both the spot light and microphone work very well and it does surprise people when they hear your voice thru camera. Also like the alarm that sounds with activity, as it immediately warns off any unwanted visitors with possible bad intentions.This system meets all my needs and functions well. Customer service is courteous, responsive and awesome. I couldn’t be more pleased with this product. For the price, it is exceptional. GREAT LITTLE SOLAR POWERED WIRELSS PTZ FOR A GREAT PRICE… and an UPDATED REVIEW
This little camera is just amazing. I couldn’t be more please or more impressed. It’s features and options for customizing are just as impressive. It is a total PTZ which you can pan, tilt and zoom. It has 2 way talk. An alarm which has scared my visiting deer away, accidently. If has amazing night vision and you can even turn on the spotlight for vivid color at night. It was an easy install and a good size solar panel separate of the camera for ease of installation. You can opt for cloud service of install a 128GB mini SD card. No issues with range or battery charge. Easy to connect with QR code and customer service is spot on. The reply almost immediately. Very helpful and willing to please. I bought another and plan on probably buying 2 more. I am that impresssed and have already turnd on several friends to them. It’s easy to access the alerts on your phone and you can download to your phone without having to get on a ladder to access the SD card. Big Plus! For the money, you can’t go wrong.UPDATE ON MY REVIEW… 2 MONTHS IN. I wanted to do an update on my review on these awesome little cameras. They are still working perfectly. Seems like I am always discovering new little features they have. Which is pretty amazing for the cost and size but most importantly, people need to know about support. Allot of companies I have dealt with in the past, this is where they fall down. But not this company. Their customer support is spot on and they respond within 24 hours if not same day or even same hour. They are always willing to help and if they can’t. The find someone who will. So, if not that alone is a big PLUS in my book. I have contacted them allot, probably more than I should have but their guidance and help is beyond reproach and for that I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Great camera and excellent customer serviceThe SEHMUA 4G solar camera works really well, especially in places with no WiFi. Clear video, good night vision, and the solar panel keeps it charged. Setup was easy and the 4G connection is stable. Their customer service is also very responsive and helpful. Overall, a solid camera for the price.The only downside is the $19.90 monthly plan it feels a little expensive. Other than that, it’s a solid camera for areas without WiFi.

Llevo casi dos meses usándola y hasta hoy todo bien, puntos a resaltar la alerta de movimiento funciona bien aunque en algunos casos los clips de grabación no tuvieron una continuidad y los segundos que graban se me hacen pocos, debería tener la opción de grabar más tiempo, la calidad de la imagen es de lo mejor si tienes una buena señal de internet, el altavoz a través de la cámara me sorprendió se escucha fuerte y claro, capte una hermosa luna llena en el modo nocturno.
