The TV and support are outstanding.
First the TV: brilliant, sharp, easy to navigate. Picture is stunning, setup is trivial, even the sound is outstanding. Now the service and support: the TV arrived with a hot pixel (one always on bright). I called, and Amazon picked it up and dropped off a new one, within 3 days, during the busy holiday season. I am very happy.

Great TV, great price, and arrived in perfect condition!
I was a little nervous ordering a TV from Amazon after seeing some reviews about cracked screens, but mine arrived in perfect condition! I upgraded from an old 55” 2011 Sony Bravia and wanted a 65”, so I did a lot of research before choosing this Samsung, and I’m so glad I did. The picture quality and colors are amazing, and the TV itself is so much thinner and lighter than my old one. It connected easily via Bluetooth to my 2014 surround sound and subwoofer, and paired seamlessly with my Apple TV. It also has tons of built-in apps if I ever want to stream directly without using my Apple TV. The TV looks amazing so far, I’m just waiting for my new swivel stand to come in before I take the plastic off. Overall, I’m super happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality upgrade at a great price. I hope this TV lasts as long as my last!

A decent TV for the price.
Fantastic colors , Amazon it’s the way to go when buying a large TV. No risk involved in getting it broken or any issues to power up as I did when I bought from Samsung, the TV arrived broken and they shipped through Best Buy and did not offers unpacking as Amazon did , they offer free unpacking and power up your TV to make sure you get what you pay for and even took all boxes and garbage with them, awesome experiences, back on the TV the picture is great, the sound terrible so low that you need to buy a soundbar if you want to watch a movie in such a big screen, the sound is like for a 14″ TV not even , also it’s very slow really slow , you need patience to go into menu or apps , another set back it’s the remote control , too small and doesn’t offers much help to get around like for example a “Source” options to quick access , I just bought a genereric old Control to make it easy to set it up , doesn’t have a clock alarm as it use to on the past just timer . Overall it’s a reasonable TV for the price, you get what you pay for , a decent TV for the price .

Nice picture for the price
Bought this tv for our family room as an addition to our Samsung in our living room. The picture quality is nearly as good as our $2500 Samsung! The blacks are excellent even on bright light conditions. We really enjoy this tv.The remote is a bit wonky as , like our othe Samsung, it is solar powered. You need to remember to keep the remote in the sun otherwise, it goes deaf

I love Samsung TV. I have one in my bedroom and this one I purchased for my living room. This TV has completely redefined what a premium viewing experience means. If you are looking for a television that delivers jaw-dropping picture quality, then this is it. It truly transforms any content, whether it’s the latest 4k movie or a simple cable broadcast.The color on this panel is simply magnificent. They are incredibly vibrant and accurate, and the sheer brightness makes HDR content explode off the screen. Details are sharp, the contrast is excellent.I love the sound it makes it sound like you have a sound bar attached. I love the remote control it is easy to setup the tv and the channels. Plenty of app’s were available and it was easy to add more apps to the list.If you are upgrading or setting up a new main television, the Samsung QLED is an fantastic investment.

Great Samsung TV!
This Samsung tv was absolutely amazing, the picture, colors, and sound were phenomenal. The package was super easy to take out and the tv setup was also super easy and straight forward. I noticed no lag whatsoever so far and its been pretty responsive without any ethernets connected and Im using crappy dorm wifi lol. For what you get Id say the value is very good too.

Samsung. The only TV I’ll ever own!
Best value. Best picture. Best quality. This is my eighth Samsung. I’m up to an 85″ screen, working on getting a 100″ for the Superbowl game. I just gifted my first 55″ Samsung to my new great-granddaughter so she can watch Mickey Mouse in her bedroom. The picture is still great after over 20 years. Samsung is the only TV brand I’ll ever own.

Delivery system
Apparently, my first review didn’t meet Amazon standards?!? (probably because I misspelled a word.). My comments were that the delivery service was excellent. The delivery crew were polite, thorough and knowledgeable. As to the television itself, after the delivery crew left my home, and I began to use the television, I became very frustrated with having to go through the Samsung introductory pages …before I could get to my CABLE service stations. And the sound was not as clear as I had hoped. But it is a problem with most TVs that are not the newest and most expensive models. The background music always over-rides dialogue. Basically for the price, it serves its purpose very well. The picture is clear, and once I work my way into my cable service, it works just fine. And the under $400 price, and the extra cost delivery, install, and take-away of old TV was worth every penny.
