Reliable, Simple, and Much Louder Than the Previous Version
I’ve been using the Ring Chime for a while now, and it’s been a solid addition to my Ring doorbell setup. The pairing process was quick, and once it was connected, it stayed connected without any random glitches. The sound options are clear, easy to adjust through the app, and noticeably louder than the previous version, which makes a real difference across the house.What I appreciate most is that it just works. Setup is super easy. Sound tone selection is good. Volume adjustability is good. Night light function is good.Christmas music tones for doorbell ringtone is fantastic.Take note, You can select a tone for when your doorbell detects motion and a different tone for when someone actually rings the bell.This way you can get an alert tone when a package is delivered and they donn’t ring the bell. BECAUSE WE ALL KNOW IT IS RARE FOR A DELIVERY PERSON TO RING THE BELL UPON DELIVERY.

Loud chime you dont wanna miss!
Be warned its small but mighty. Its louder than our older one and much smaller but no nightlight. No biggie. Its not at a place its needed. Put it downstairs for my parents to hear over the TV. Its plugged in right between where they sit. My dad, fading hearing, asked me to turn it down some as its really loud. Not a bad thing in my ears. Lol
