Overall great product.
I love this case. It replaced my old case that I bought with the phone in the first day it came out. Its tough and protects my phone from drops on both sides. It also and this part is important protects my charging port from dust getting in! I dont have a wireless charger and I’ve seen alot of people have port problems(including myself) so keeping that clean and dust free is important. The feel is love though when its new it is a lil slippery to be expected(not a downside) buttons a little tougher to press but its new so its tough be expected at first. Assembling it to your phone is a snap. Overall a great product.

Great protection, but need to replace it
I bought the case a year ago and I am finally replacing it. On the bottom of the case of the hard plastic case at first the thin strip above snapped off several months after buying it. And now a year later the hard plastic to the right of the charging port has broken off. Also at some point the top right just above the volume buttons has warped slightly and is no longer flush with the phone.This earns my 5 star because I have dropped my phone so many times and has been abused in so many ways and the fact that there is no damage to my phone is amazing. It has even been toddler proof

Protective and Sleek
I have had two of these cases for my phone over the last two years. They are great! I only have a small chip in my screen protector after many, many, many drops.They do have an issue in the power and volume button area. Especially if you put your phone in a cup holder regularly! After about 6 months of use it starts to warp outward. It is ignorable until it is too bent to hit the buttons correctly at the a year mark.Longevity is not the best, but it will keep your phone safe!

Works well for for a while
This worked well for 2 yrs and then started to get a bend on the side. It then became loose and could not fully protect my phone. So I throw it out and got a diffrent brand.

Strong protection, but pricey and hasn’t held up well
Very effective protection. I have dropped my phone many times, on its corner, face-down, on-end, on its back, no damage at all to my phone. Three stars is because the case hasn’t held up well, especially considering the price, and it is difficult to press the phone’s buttons with the case on. The rubber surround has somehow stretched away from the phone so it can slip out of the case. I didn’t give it two stars because Otterbox has a reputation for replacing their cases when they fail, and I don’t anticipate having problems getting a replacement for this one. Despite these negatives, I will continue to buy Otterbox because they make armor for phones.
