1. How many users can view the device at the same time?
A: The owner account can share the device with up to 8 other accounts. Up to 3 users may view the video feed at once, but only 1 user can use the intercom. You can tap on “Share” to share the devices to your families.
2. Do you have to subscribe to watch in real time? Can this camera be used with a sd card without paying for any subscription for cloud?
A: This camera supports real-time viewing but does not support recording to an SD card. The videos will only be stored if you have a Cloud subscription service.
3. Can the doorbell camera connect to 5GHz Wi-Fi networks?
A: No, this doorbell camera only connects to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Please ensure when you have both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi network, each with a distinct name for a successful connection.
Troubleshooting network connection issues:
(1) The doorbell camera only works with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Please connect it to a 2.4GHz network.
If your network has both 5G or 2.4G please connect it to the 2.4G one.
(2) Double-check that you are entering the correct Wi-Fi name and password.
(3) Verify the distance between the doorbell and the Wi-Fi router; the doorbell should be within 33 feet (10 meters) of the router.
(4) Please enable Bluetooth on your phone, but you don’t need to connect Bluetooth with the device, just ensure the Bluetooth is on.
(5) If you changed your Wi-Fi password, or your camera got disconnected, please reset the Wi-Fi connection with the camera:
Press and hold the doorbell button until the camera was reset, and then add the camera again back to the same App account.

Fantastic price, very easy install, LOVE the plug in piece doorbell for my home, no subscription needed. HOWEVER it requires cloud storage to see videos which I don’t understand since I have the cloud. That sorta irritates me but I still need to look into it. Has plenty of good features, and functions perfect even with the plug in part on the second floor, picture quality is great and really good features for sound adjustment and area viewing

Pretty good product if it actually works
Purchased two of these door cameras. One works well, however the other does not. Despite being basically fully charged, it will not stay on once the charger is removed. Works good while being charged. Connects to WiFi and the wireless chime. Sucks because for me to have known that it was not functional, I had to purchase a subscription (only way it’ll work). Keep in mind that each door camera needs its own cloud subscription. I chose the $29.99 yearly subscription for each one. So after ditching out $60 I come to find out that only one of the cameras works as it should. Good news is that the company is sending me another one that I am expected to receive in 2-3 weeks. Bad news is that it’s been pretty difficult getting a refund for one of the subscriptions. I mean why have an active subscription for a product that I will not benefit from for another few weeks.UPDATE: After my curiosity got the best of me, I decided to take it apart. Determined on figuring out why it wasn’t working as it should. There is a battery tab that needs to be removed before use. After removing the tab, it must have separated the two metal pieces that give it charge. I took a pair of tweezers and gently pushed it back into place. Now it works like it should.

Great doorbell cam, DOES NOT COME WITH SD SLOT for SD cards
Easy to install, easy to understand app to view footage. Records only 10 seconds when used with motion detection. You have to pay for cloud storage and there is no place to put an SD card into it. The camera quality is great. Battery life is so-so, it all depends how much activity it is picking up and how sensitive you have the settings, but charges rather quickly.
