Great first timers wi-fi security system
This is my second Nightowl system, upgraded dur to phone app changing, it is an easy setup, if you want a camera system to protect your house this is it. The only thing is some of the older cameras will not pair, but would highly recommend this system.

Worthless to Use Remotely
Don’t buy these if you want a system that works. I bought it as a recommendation from a friend who uses it and loves it. I got it all set up with cameras hung and system running but then to find out the mobile app is worthless. I cannot access the system or videos from my cell. After days of going back and forth with support I am told my cell phone speed it stop slow to access the system. I have 5g with full bars…there is not way to get faster mobile data. Even when on my WiFi I cannot connect to the system and can only do so when I am in the room with the systems so remote access to it doesn’t exist. I feel their support doesn’t know why it isn’t working and this was the easy answer. They suck.

Good clear picture. Easy set up but………. The wire for power to the camera makes placement difficult and unsightly. Get the battery operated cameras instead

Work great need better software
Work great and easy to program. Only issue is the software makes it hard to delete old videos that are no longer needed. The picture looks great and the price here is better than being at store.

Worthless product. Worthless company
Install started out great. Didn’t last long. Two cameras paired right up, then I spent the next 4 hours trying to pair another one of the remaining 6 to no avail. Tech support is an absolute joke! Videos and self help telling me to do what I spent 4 hours doing. Boxed it up, sent it back. This company doesn’t deserve your business. Horrible company, worthless product
