Great Value for Mid Range Model
Great value, it’s not a high end model but far better than a budget TV. A really nice middle ground for a second living/media room. Picture is solid, but probably as important, there is almost no lag with the Home Screen interface and navigation. That’s my biggest gripe with budget TV models. This model fit our needs perfectly without breaking the bank going to the QNED C-level price point.

Great so far.
I got this a few days ago and it’s been great so far.I use the vivid setting and the picture looks really good. The audio is on the game setting because it sounded the best to me. The default sound was like they were in a hallway and if I’m not mistaken the default setting was the AI audio setting.I play games on a PS5 and it looks good on this TV so if you are a gamer you will not be disappointed.I’m hoping this one will last longer than the Samsung I had which the screen was burning out on one side after only two years. We have another LG in the bedroom and it’s working perfectly after four years and hopefully this one will too.I’ll update this if there is an issue and hopefully it will be a while.Just wanted to put in my two cents.

Picture quality is mind blowing, tv backing might be too thin to sustain it’s own weight and size.
TV was damaged at the bottom with some delamination and had noticible halos right out of the box, not sure if that was a manufacturer defect or something that could have happened during shipping. We plugged it in and tried to evalute picture quality to decide if we were going to return it and get another LG QNED Evo, or if we were going to not risk it and just go with another brand and model. First impression after putting the legs on it and looking at it from a side view… it appeared thag the thiness of the screen was almost too thin and it looked like it was warped. Once again, maybe that is something that happened in transit, or maybe the thiness of the backing on the screen was not made heavy duty enough to sustain it’s own size (75inch) and that was why it was damaged.Second impression disregarding the damage… was that the settings were tricky to get adjusted to look right and the AI constantly adjusting the picture is also kind of weird. But, yes here’s is the BUT, the picture quality is insanely detailed and vivid. I put on an older show that was made in like 2015 and it looked so detailed (almost too overly realistic but I enjoyed it), and I put on a new HDR 4K capable show and was honestly pretty blown away with the picture, color, realness, and even the sound quality is way better than I expected. I was almost bummed that I had to return it and the thiness of the backing of the TV made me nervous enough that I opted not to get another LG QNED Evo. After doing some comparisons of other TVs, I will say the Samsung QNED is definitely an equally great TV for a comparable price. I ended up getting a Sony Bravia 7 and honestly it has a higher price point and the picture quality is not as good or mind blowing as the LG, so I am not sure I made the best decision. It’s really a shame that it came in in damaged to begin with and I wasted all of the time and shipping efforts to return everything just to end up with an even worse picture quality TV 😕

Awesome TV
Just great, good image quality, good brightness, lots of modern features and smooth interface. Not the latest cutting edge texhnology but worth every penny for the price.

Great TV
Fabulous picture, so clear and lifelike. My neighbor set up and it took about an hour. It was compatible with Netflix, Amazon Prive Video and Apple TV+. We died the Dish Network which I subscribe to. I’m so glad that I had assistance for set up. The remote is paired with my sound bar and is easy to use.

You CANNOT mute this TV with one click.
The TV itself is fine. DO NOT buy this TV if you expect to be able to mute the volume. You CAN’T. The remote cannot be used to mute the TV with one click. The remote shows a picture of the mute symbol, but when you press the volume button, it does not mute. You have to hold the rocker town to get to mute one volume number at a time. I spent HOURS researching and emailing them and nothing can be done. I will never buy another LG TV again, nor any other branch that doesn’t mute from the remote in one click. They suggest you can use Alexa to mute – you hold down the Alexa button, WAIT for it to acknowledge you with the the blue line across the bottom of the screen, then it may or may not hear you ask for mute, even if only a few feet away. You can use their remote app on your phone, for free, but wait – the mute button on this app does not work unless you pay $39.95 per year!!! You can go to the LG app to mute, but only one person can use it unless you grant permission in a very complex way. Even then, when you need to mute, you have to face ID or log into your phone, navigate to their app and then mute. By then the annoying reason you wanted to mute has passed. I even asked AI – WHY??? They said that LG is “going in this direction based on consumer feedback” – from WHO? Certainly no one who watches football. The football channels have very few commercials that are played at EVERY single break and no one wants to hear them that often. WHY was this done? I even asked LG AND Amazon if I could return the TV. No response from LG and Amazon said that I could have a full refund and return the TV (now hanging on my wall, not easy to do when all the packaging is already gone), OR, I could have a “partial refund and keep the TV”. Why would they do that? How much of a partial refund you ask – $75.49. Why? Because it is exactly the amount you need to buy a DIFFERENT remote with mute. That says this is a known issue. Please tell me that having no mute button is not the future of our smart TV watching. That is not smart – that sets us back 100 years.
