Absolutely Perfect Smart Lock!
This keyless smart lock has been one of the best upgrades I’ve made to my home. The installation was simple, and everything worked right away. The camera is clear, the fingerprint reader is fast, and the keypad makes it super convenient for family members. I love that I can see who’s at my door through the app and lock or unlock it from anywhere. The handle set feels strong and high-quality, and it looks great on my front door.

Crap product & crap servicing
Save your $. Purchased in July 2025. Has not been a fun couple of months.1) Door handle arrived broken, internally.. the latch mechanism itself was inoperable. Was a pain to get the company to send out a replacement. They wanted video proof it was broken and just not installed incorrectly. Then wanted me to send back the whole product, lock and handle, which was not an option. It was being installed by professionals who had already discarded the previous door with the old lock and handle still attached to it. Went without a door handle for a few days, just used the bolt.2) set up pretty easy, no issues there.3) 2.5 months go by and We have to change the batteries. I read this was around the time they seem to go. Would be nice if the app actually lets you know ahead of time, like a warming notification or something. It does not. You can see the battery life only when you open the app. So had to take an hour off work to let the kids in, who got locked out when the batteries died. Kids were each given a key, but of course they don’t take it when their finger opens the door.4) Then the kid’s fingerprints stopped working. We reentered a couple times to add again, but it never holds. Had to give them codes to get in. For some reason when a entry code is used, it sends a notification through the app “door alarm triggered” Why?? Everytime it has been the kids entering with their code, not making mistake with the code.5) Supposed to see video whenever someone rings the door bell. 70% of the time it doesn’t work. In the first 2 months of this purchase, you were able to view past video footage of door bell rings. Now it doesn’t seem to work at all.6) here is the final straw. After that first replacement of batteries 2.5 months after installation, NO BATTERIES will hold a charge. Every 2 days the door shuts down. This is ridiculous! Trouble shooting through amazon click links is getting no where. Says to check the power bank…what power bank? Something else internally that doesn’t work after a couple months?Visit the website for product support. Go ahead, try it, it doesn’t really exist. Legit ZERO information on the site link. There are no manuals besides the tiny memo pocket notebook size instructions of only 3 pages given for the product in the box. NO web support. Contacting seller takes 3+ days as it is all based in China so don’t expect any kind of timely response.
