Best Therapeutic Aid I Have Bought in Ages
It’s wild what this Ice Pack Wrap has done for my back.No joke, I work at a place where I climb, lift, stretch, squat, and bend for 8 hours straight. It’s insane. The punishment my back gets is fine for a kid, but I’m a senior. Granted, a physically fit senior, but an old granny nonetheless.When I come home I’m physically drained, and my back starts to seize up. That’s when I usually get out the lidocaine and Tylenol.I decided to try the wrap instead of medicating myself a few nights ago, and BOY! The difference I felt!It was obvious that my muscles were annoyed, but so were all my tendons. The ice wrap immediately began to work, shutting them up! The twinges stopped, and the burning aches disappeared.If I could wear it longer than 20 minutes, I would – but you don’t want to kill your flesh – so I remove it, slap it back in the freezer, and if I need it for one more treatment before sleep, I hit it up again.The difference I feel upon waking is palpable. I can get up without pain. I can actually walk instead of shuffling. My recovery time was cut in half, maybe more.The great thing about this wrap is the way it’s built, with little cubes of silicone and an easy to put on Velcro belt. It’s squishy, but rugged. You’re not going to pop it.Oh, I forgot to say, but you can pull it down to cover your hips, too. I have some bursitis, and “icing” my hips with this belt really reduced that too.This is one of the best therapeutic aids that I have bought in a very long time.The price is a pittance compared to the relief you will get. This has got to be the best ice pack wrap for the back I have ever owned. I am so impressed with how well it works. It stays cold for longer than others I have had. It fits my back and hits all the needed spots to really help with my back pain. It is adjustable and really stays in place. I like that it isnt stiff so I can still move around while wearing it. This ice pack is well made of quality material with durable stitching. This is easy to clean and is reusable. It freezes fairly quickly. I find this to be a great value for the money and would recommend it to anyone who needs a bit of back pain relief.

I am impressed with the thickness and quality of the material. It feels durable to move around or lounge with. It works very well and stays cold for a good amount of time which helps relieve pain. The size fits me comfortably and is comfortable to wear.
