I ordered the baby video monitor with 2 cameras from HelloBaby, and I am thrilled with my purchase! $100 for the whole setup. I like the monitors that don’t connect to wifi so this was perfect for me. It came already ready to go! Didn’t have to charge anything. Just plugged in the cameras, turned on the monitor, paired the cameras to it and it was ready to go! I didn’t need to even look at the instructions, it was so easy to figure out. It might be helpful to note that I’ve had other baby monitors before so maybe that’s why it was so easy. It is quite similar to my last monitor set up.The Range of motion is amazing on these, almost full 360 circle, moves quickly and quietly. Camera quality is very good, and the night vision on them is pretty good too. Let’s you see what you need to see.I would say the value of the product is very good for the price.Some features include night vision, ability to switch between 2 cameras manually or automatically, alerts can be set on the monitor if the camera detects high or low temp in the room, and you can set that to what temps you want it to alert you at, and lots of other features that I dont really need. All I needed was to be able to monitor 2 different rooms at night and this allows me to do so.The cameras come with wall mounting screws etc, but I just set them on the dressers and they sit perfectly.All in all I am very happy with this purchase, especially with what I got for the price. Very good deal! Love!

Good product and EXCELLENT customer service
Update: changed my review to 5 stars. The customer service was absolutely amazing. After reaching out to the company about the issues we were having they provided several solution and followed up with me several times to make sure the problems we were having resolved and when they didn’t offered us a replacement and partial refund. Great company and great customer service. We’re very happy with our experience.I like how big the screen is, the features are nice (can turn on eco mode so it only kicks on when the baby is fussing or crying), does hold a charge for awhile before dying, and I feel like it’s a good price for the quality.However, after having this for a few weeks the screen on the second camera is starting to lag, as well as the screen going completely black for a few seconds randomly and the night vision is ok but honestly unless it’s right over the baby, it’s just not super clear although I can see the shine from the eyeballs which helps if I suspect anyone is still awake.Big take away it’s a good value for your money but with the screen lagging and going black I’m not sure how long it’ll last.

Great monitor to have
Very happy with my purchase. I’m babysitting my grandson a few days a week and wanted to get a monitor. My daughter has the larger screen same model. This monitor works great. The clarity is perfect. Night vision is clear. I keep his room dark when he is napping and I can see him very clearly. You can talk through the monitor and the audio is clear. The battery on the monitor lasts a long time. The screen shows the temperature of the room, the time, day. It also shows the battery life left. This monitor works as advertised. Would recommend to others.

Excellent product and even better company!
The monitor works great. It has a perfect sized screen with excellent video and sound quality, including night vision. It’s quick and easy to set up. Not only is this product fantastic, but the customer service as absolutely incredible. I had a self induced problem with my monitor and when I reached out to the company they immediately got back to me and solved my problem within 24 hrs. I love the monitor itself, but even moreso I cannot recommend this company enough!

I was specifically looking for a baby monitor that didn’t rely on an internet connection, since I didn’t want to keep my phone screen on constantly. This Hello Baby monitor solved that perfectly. The camera needs to be plugged into external power, while the monitor is rechargeable and holds charge for several days. It connects quickly and has been very reliable.The video quality is sufficient for its purpose, and the night mode works surprisingly well. There’s no noticeable lag in the video feed. The screen graphics do feel a bit low-resolution by today’s standards, but the image quality itself is clear enough for monitoring your baby, which is what matters.I do wish the pricing was a little lower and that there were more good non-Wi-Fi options available in the market. That said, for what it offers, this is a solid, dependable choice, highly recommended for parents who want peace of mind while finishing up chores.
