Beautiful unit – easy to use and very effective
After trying several types of humidifiers, I have fallen in love with this Dreo!! I live in a very low humid desert area and need help to humidify the dry air. It’s surprised me how well this unit humidifies such a large area. It emits the mist from a long blade opening in the top – not just a small nozzle like most units.I love that you can lift the lid and fill from the top. It’s totally quiet. I don’t heat a sound.It is incredibly easy to clean. Assembly is amazingly easy.Settings are way simple and recognizably self explanatory. I bought my first one and because of it’s effectiveness I got a second one for the other end of the house.Definitely a great buy for the money.

Very Good Humidifier, So Far
Perfect for a decent size area of the home. Super quiet. Barely hear this humidifier running, even at full speed. It’s easy to fill when needed. All functions work and I love the mist as it comes out from the top. Love that the mist can be directed if needed. Lighting is nice and soft, too. Easy to put together and relatively easy to clean. I like that it will shut off once the tank is empty. The slot for fragrant oil is nice… just do NOT put anything but water in the tank. As for the app that can be used to control this humidifier, I prefer not to use it, but it works fine.There are some concerns as to the white dust that can accumulate on the unit itself and the surrounding area. If you don’t like dust, then this may NOT be the machine for you. No issue for me, but I know others don’t like the fine particles of the evaporated water left on all surfaces after a week of running this humidifier. Best to use distilled water if you don’t want as much dust. Cleaning will take some time. The water will get “icky” in base after 3 days. While it’s easy to take apart, each and every piece needs a wipe down that has any contact with the tank and base water. After a week or so, it’s best to use vinegar to remove the hard, mineral deposits and possible bacteria that can build up. It definitely needs clean-up care. All and all, I love my Dreo humidifier as do all my plants that surround it. This is my 3rd Dreo humidifier and I can’t imagine not having on during the cold season.

Great Humidifier!
With all bells and whistles, nonetheless very easy to operate. And it is very effective, improves the air in the room within a very short period of time. I can barely hear it. It consumes a little bit more water than I anticipated, but this is okay with me. Have to refill it every other day. Anyway, a great, good-looking appliance at a very reasonable price!

The humidifier works well, it’s quiet, great water capacity BUT if you have significant mineral levels in your water you’ll also need demineralization cartridges.

Quiet, quality humidifier
Love this humidifier, it’s super quiet, doesn’t leak, is easy to clean with a large tank (holds over a gallon of water at at time) that has sturdy and not too big foot print. It’s also programmable, in that you can set it to reach a certain humidity level, or can just turn the fan on (low, medium or high) and let it run. The light can also be turned off seperately for nighttime and does change color from blue to greenish-blue.

Sleek, Quiet, and Smart!
The Dreo Smart Humidifier looks sleek and modern, was very easy to setup, and runs smoothly and quietly. I really appreciate the ability to control it through the app – turning on/off and adjusting the settings remotely is super convenient. The ambient lighting is a nice touch, and I love that you can turn it in and off as you prefer. Overall, I’m pleased with the performance and the price. Highly recommend!

Quiet, good quality, and with Alexa, it is “smart”.
I agree with almost everyone else’s opinion of this humidifier. It is quiet, it is easy to fill, it is easy to clean, it is easily controlled with Alexa and easy to turn off and on. I found that you can just tell Alexa to set it to whatever humidity level you desire instead of every 5% of the range, like 30, 35, 40, 45, etc. You can set it to 41 or 42 if you like. The manufacture’s claim that it can last up to 60 hours max runtime is at the least, ambitious. At the most it is absolute embellishment. In my experience, if you fill it to the max level, it will run for a little over 50 hours at most.
