Great phone in excellent condition
The phone came in excellent condition. There were no scratches on the phone. The battery is in great condition and has a battery health of 98%. The size is exactly what I expected for an iPhone 15. It looks great. The sound quality is exactly what I expected for this phone. These phones have durable for me. The pictures and video show the phone with a screen protector on it. It is a great starter phone for my teenager.

Good buy!
Everything works great, pleased with my purchase. Seller was Woot. Came with 100% battery capacity and 1 cycle count, now it’s at 2, I’ve had it for almost a day now and it looks and feels brand new! Great buy, I must say.

Meta-banned device, but otherwise a great renewed phone
Phone works fine so far (just set it up today) but there’s one somewhat major issue if you’re into any Meta social media platforms. This refurbished phone is device-banned from Meta, so it’s not possible to log into any Meta apps on the phone. I’m guessing that’s why the phone was replaced. If anyone isn’t aware, Meta’s AI is mistakenly suspending accounts for going against community standards and accusing tens of thousands of users of having things in their posts they don’t have, and then the appeals are being reviewed by the same faulty AI, which then permanently disables the account AND bans the user’s device, so that no matter what account tries to sign in, it can’t. And it appears I ended up with one of those phones. Hugely inconvenient, hence the removal of one star, but if the seller isn’t checking for this specifically, they would never know.Regardless of that, I’m happy with the phone and it looked almost brand new. Some very minor scuffs on one side, but I never go without a sturdy case so it doesn’t matter.

was a little hesitant to buy a renewed iPhone 15, but I’m so glad I did. The phone arrived in excellent condition — looks and feels brand new with no noticeable scratches or wear. Battery health is strong, everything runs smoothly, and setup was quick and easy.For the price, this is an incredible value compared to buying new. Amazon Renewed really delivered on quality, and I would absolutely buy again. Highly recommend if you want the latest iPhone without paying full retail.

Cheaper than anywhere else!
Almost like new, with a little bit of dirt around the cameras and a tiny scratch on the phone itself. However, I was looking over this phone actually looking for any tiny imperfection lol.Functions as it should, and is indeed unlocked. I activated mine on Metro by T-Mobile. I factory reset my iPhone when I received it, and it remained showing unlocked.As for the setup:That part was a pain in the ass. I upgraded from an iPhone 13, which takes a physical SIM card, to this iPhone 15, which is eSIM only. I had to call Metro by T-Mobile for the steps, since I couldn’t get my service to transfer. If you receive an error message saying your sim/service cannot be transferred, just call your carrier, and they will walk you through the process. Now, I am a happy owner of a very good-conditioned iPhone 15 that has a 91% battery health.Just remember, you can take your iPhone to a Best Buy near you and have the battery replaced if the phone has 80% battery health or below. My iPhone 13 showed 74% when I upgraded to this iPhone 15.

Phone works fine so far, but having to sit on hold with the carrier for over an hour waiting to setup esim is not exactly what I wanted then I was expecting a dual sim phone. The dual-sim feature is meaningless on the shopping cart it seems.It is hard at first but holy moly this thing was scratched all over. It looked like someone carved circles on it. Sad to get so far in my setup to have to return it.
