AMAZING FOR KIDS!
Absolutely love all the capabilities and functionality of my Amazon Show! Able to speak with my children to include video calls!Has the ability to operate Amazon Kids so parental controls can be put into place!Seamlessly intertwined with my home security system and other home automation. Connected with phone some simple voice commands perform many functions. I am able to control and do so many things by saying a simple statement, such as I’m going to bed, and my house is alarmed, doors locked, alarms set, lights turned off, etc completely autonomous.Amazing! Has helped my daily functionality and staying on task tremendously!

Fantastic Tech Combo with One Minor Quirk
I recently purchased the All-new Echo Show 5 (3rd Gen) Kids along with the Echo Glow, and while the overall experience has been fantastic, there’s one minor quirk worth noting.The Echo Show 5 (3rd Gen) Kids is a game-changer for interactive learning and entertainment. The vibrant display and kid-friendly interface have kept my child engaged with age-appropriate content, all while the robust parental controls provide peace of mind.Adding the Echo Glow to the mix introduces a playful and dynamic element to the room. The customizable lighting and integration with Alexa make it an enjoyable addition. However, there’s one small hiccup – the Glow doesn’t stay on one color when music or sound is playing. This has driven my daughter a bit crazy, as she prefers the glow light to stay on white.Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall combination of the Echo Show 5 (3rd Gen) Kids and Echo Glow has enhanced my child’s tech experience, providing both entertainment and educational value. I recommend it to parents, with the caveat about the color change during music playback.

Easy set up
We love echoes and use them as an intercom system around the house. We love the star design. We moved it off of kids because alarms were not working earlier in the morning but with a little super vision I haven’t had any problems. I love that they ask Alexa questions about animal facts and spelling this are like the encyclopedia’s I used to have as kids but with more info!

My Kid Enjoys Being In Her Room
My daughter (5) loves telling Alexa what to do with the light and she loves that she can listen to music anytime she wants. She will now choose to go into her room and play so that she can listen to music.

As expected but still new to what all Alexa can do
This came with a Glow which u thought was a pretty decent bundle. My only wish is that Glow had more features like a speaker at least to play music or a Mic to ask Alexa things since I located it separately. But it still works out because Alexa on the Echo still hears me well from the other room. I love that it can play soft music for x hours while away to comfort my dog. I love the SpongeBob “I’m Ready” alarm lol. Otherwise, I still don’t know everything but I’m sure I’ll find many more uses for it.

Not Deaf Friendly
This is not deaf friendly at all. My kids use this for their bedrooms and is designed for kids their age. However the parents could not hear it.
