OEM replacement filters from KNKA
The most reliable way to return your air purifier to the same performance as when it was new is to use oem replacement filters. After all, they’re the same filters that were used in the development and testing of the machine. The APH4000 machines use 2 filters, so this 2-pack from KNKA is everything you need in order to perform a single replacement. Since the existing filters have been in your machine for some time and don’t look like they once did, I’ve given you some photos with a light from behind. The hepa layer has abundant pleats equaling lots of surface area for filtering. The active carbon side uses pellets adhered around the support structure so that they don’t obstruct airflow. Since active carbon is literally activated in the factory using a process you can’t replicate at home, it starts adhering VOCs from that moment. That means the fresher you get your filter to when you’ll use it, the more performance you’ll benefit from. It’s another reason why this 2-pack is the right size for your needs.

Great Filters, Cost Efficient and they do their job
So, I just got the new Hepa Replacement filters. Quality wise they look pretty good. Since I just got my Air Purifier, I was able to put them to work right away. I have had them running in our pet area for the better part of a week and I have to say that we are very pleased. The filters have done a great job removing the “pet” smell in the room. It no longer smells like a gym room….LOL. The other thing that I was very pleased with was the fact that cost wise these filters don’t break the bank. Others I have had in the past seem to cost as much as the actual purifiers do. We will continue to run these and in fact I will most likely order a second set as they seem to work very well.
