Troubleshooting network connection issues:
(1) The security camera only works with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Please connect it to a 2.4GHz network.
(2) Double-check that you are entering the correct Wi-Fi name and password.
(3) Verify the distance between the camera and the Wi-Fi router; the camera should be within 33 feet (10 meters) of the router.
(4)} Please enable Bluetooth on your phone, but you don’t need to connect Bluetooth with the device, just ensure the Bluetooth is on.
(5) If you changed your Wi-Fi password, or your camera got disconnected, please reset the Wi-Fi connection with the camera.

They Do An Excellent Job.
These security cameras are very helpful. Being solar powered they are pretty much maintenance free. They alert to movement, but lag about 3 seconds, before you get a motion notice. You can have a two way conversation on them, too. The picture is extremely clear and you can zoom in on the subject. Even at night, you get a very clear picture from the lights that are activated by movement and the brightness is Adjustable, too. So many things that these cameras can do for such a great price. I have complete coverage of my property and I highly recommend these cameras. Easy to install, too and take down to move to another location. Glad I purchased them!

THAT IT DOES NOT DETECT CARS! Works great and for the price worth it.
I have had this camera for a few days now and I just noticed it only detects people. NOT CARS! It is working awesome! Clear picture, easy to set up but I did not see anything about seeing cars. That’s my only issue. Wish I could check other security products to review! My car was stolen and the guy put it on a tow truck. Because they didn’t have it running police didn’t detect my car. The only thing I had was my tile tracker but they wouldn’t even call the state police. Needless to say I don’t feel safe in my own house and not to be mean but the men are useless!

Best security cam ever
These camerad are one of the best I found, No pwer issues and you can record 8 on 1 account around $15 a month. PLace them ANYWHERE there is sun. I even use it to hitch my boat by mounting it on my tailgate door. it removes easily to stow away. The 4G verision is fantastic with no need for WiFi but recording serive is for 1 camera at a time ($15 a month)

2 camera issues on one network
2 out of 3 cameras worked. However, I had to setup each camera on a different i-phone in order to get them to work on the same wi-fi network. Very strange. Also, customer support is based in China and was not able to rectify my issue. It was a long complicated process to finally come to the two phone solution. So, the 4 hours of trial and error and waiting weeks back and forth with support takes two stars off. The cameras have a lot of features for the low price though. These 2 cameras are used by others, sharing feature, for live camera feed only. We do not have cloud service for recordings. It works well for just checking a site, but not for security.

Good cameras.
These cameras are great!Easy to install & easy to set up.The app is user friendly.Picture is great, even at night.I recently went on vacation and was able to easily keep an eye on my house from 1000 miles away.The product lost one star because it doesn’t have a slot for an SD card, so you’ll have to subscribe to the cloud service if you want playback capability, and these have motion detection, but not motion tracking like my other cameras do.Still, I liked this camera enough to order more of them specifically for placement in outdoor locations where it would be difficult or impossible to put other cameras due to power requirements.Would definitely recommend to friends & family.

Doesn’t connect quickly not known if its the camera or Internet connection, to watch vid or see photos have to subscribe to cloud,best thing is the battery stay mostly full from sun or just day light when cloudy.
